Sandy Key 335-Beach Front

We love this area, and this beach have stayed in these condos before, but this unit was much nicer, looked like it had... Sorry if this is crazy, I can't see what I'm writing. been updated recently. Thank goodness I called

My son and I have made it a yearly tradition to come to Perdido Key to celebrate the end of the school year. We absolutely love the area. The beaches are never overly crowded the area is beautiful and seems to be safe. This was our first year at Sandy Key and it left a little to be desired. The first night by the pool we saw rats running around. When we mentioned it to the staff member he just shrugged and said “nothing we can do”. The pool is currently closing at dusk due to a requirement for additional lighting before it can stay open until 10 as advertised. The first morning I made a cup of coffee the coffee cup I took out the pantry still had sugar in the bottom of it. There was also something sticky on the balcony. I mentioned this to the Luxury Coastal Vacation office at check out and they told me the balconies are only cleaned when a work order is put in. I guess that makes some sense, but I would think they would check to see if a work order needs to be placed. Overall, the property is in a great location and has a beautiful beach with easy access, but this wasn’t the best experience.

Quick weekend trip to visit our son. Wonderful time and weather. Enjoyed the terrace with beautiful beach view.

We as a family of six enjoyed our vacation immensely! Very clean and beautiful Condo. We are already planning a trip for next year at the same place!

Very nice and clean. They had to change the batteries in the fire alarm while we were there and did it very quickly. Overall a great place and was decorated very nicely! Would stay there again!

We stayed in this rental on our family vacation. We used to own a unit in this condo, so we’re familiar with it and the area. The pool area was nice and a short walk to the beach. The unit was decorated nicely and the kitchen had the basics. The only complaint was the master /primary bed had a spongy mattress topper on it that was uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping in a divot and the middle would rise up higher so felt like I was rolling down hill. The headboard creaked with any movement no matter how little. The rest of the furniture through the unit was great though.

We didn’t think anything could top the beach & condo from Waikiki, Hawaii. This one was over the top & such a delight for us. It’s a quiet beach, family oriented, clean & just the right amount of activity for a relaxing getaway.
