Sandy Beach! Pool, air conditioning. Traverse City studio condo on the Bay

Great location, very clean room. The view from your room is definitely the selling point. Just steps from the beach and water! Will definitely stay here in the future.

no beach here but perfect for business trip and golfers im guessing. Thee ONLY problem I have is there were no drapes on the huge doorwall so i def couldnt walk around in my pj's.....

The perfect little studio condo for our stay! The beach and pool were relaxing and peaceful, and we loved being just a short drive from downtown. We would absolutely stay here again!

Property mgmt company was great to work with and responded timely (appreciated call after we checked in to make sure everything was ok). Condo was clean. Condo was dated (bathroom layout was odd); however believe that was reflected in price we paid.

The private beach area was well maintained and plenty of nice beach chairs and the fire pits were also nice to use. The heated pool was nice for the kids when the lake was too cold for swimming, and it also looks right out to the beach. The only complaint I have is that the reviews I read upon booking said the place was immaculately clean but it was not. We stayed with 2 kids so when we pulled out the couch bed there were crumbs inside. There was sand in the main bed, and the carpet had some kind of weird clump of dirt stuck to it. The microwave and fridge smelled weird and there was an old coffee pod left in the coffee maker which really grossed us out in the morning. In total honesty it wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but based on previous reviews I just was kind of shocked about some of that. I almost wondered if the cleaning person is different. Overall I would stay again for the beach and views alone.

The property was very nice! The door chain was broke (hanging out of wall) but I had the deadbolt, so it was fine. The shampoo and bath soap container in the shower was empty but I found the additional bottles under the sink, so I used those. I love dogs so it didn't bother me but was surprised to see dogs staying at the property and on the beach. Having a grill on the property would be an added bonus for cookouts. Some were using small grills on their balcony, but I saw where that wasn't allowed so I didn't bring mine. Also, not having a washer and dryer for wet suits and towels was a little bit of a pain and since they weren't provided, we didn't always have a dry beach towel-and it's a pain to put on a wet swimsuit -LOL, but we got by. Overall, I would definitely come back.

The beach and views of bay were fantastic, the room provided exactly what we were looking for, and the property is just a short drive to downtown Traverse City. We had a fantastic time and will consider coming back next time were in town.

This was the best vacation. The location was perfect. Beautiful beach area. Everyone was so friendly and we would gather at night by the fire pits. The room was perfect and my kids loved the jet tub! You have a pool and rentals for fun activities were a few hotels over. So close to downtown also. The best location.

Though Traverse City is under major construction and crowded, this place is so peaceful. Private patio and step right onto grass, then to sand and water. Chairs provided. (The coffee pot takes Keurig K-cups.)

The stay was perfect!

My sister and I took a 4 day getaway to just do what we wanted, when we wanted. We are both 50+ and 60+. We had never been away just for a girls trip. The room was delightful and overall perfect for what we needed. Bed was very high, but comfortable, commode very tiny and no safety bars for help. (just something people may need at our ages. Everything from the decor, location, and kitchenet was so charming. Perfect location, quiet area, location to private beach and heated pool. I will definitely be back with more family to enjoy this beautiful property and view.
