Nice clean place

This is my first trip to Rocky Point and I drove in by myself for my 60th birthday. My brother and his friends have come down here quite some time for fishing and have stayed at another resort that is not dog friendly. I was referred Casablanca as they were dog friendly. Well, not only are they dog friendly they are people friendly!! They have an amazing staff that seems to be everywhere 24-7, always cleaning, keeping the pools beautifully clean& warm even on “off season” checking on the landscaping & the best thing was as a solo female traveler, because of their attentive and always present staff, I always felt safe and secure at Casablanca. My condo was extremely clean, I like to cook, and the kitchen was very well stocked with nice dishware and plenty of utensils and cookware. I only used the master suite, the bed was extremely comfortable. All the linens and towels were nice quality and good quantity.. The second bedroom had its own little balconies so for guests that’s a nice plus The condo was decorated simply & appropriately for the region. The balcony off the family room had great views of the resort and the sea of Cortez. It’s on the main”resort road” which can be a tad noisy, but it’s also very easy to find & actually so much more private! Super dog friendly. Actual grass for them to enjoy. I asked for a lot of recommendations for restaurants, etc & Sarina got back to me every time so quickly with her local knowledge I’ve never had that kind of service ever!

Exceptional location and the space was very welcoming!

This is the second time we stay in this condo and we love it everything is wonderful super clean beautiful ocean view swimming pools are great manny of them to choose from we love the fact its pet friendly and they offer a nice doggy park which my dogs loved we definitely recomend this 5 star condo we love it and we will definitely be back .

I loved the overall feel of the villas. And the views were gorgeous. It was easy to find. Overall just great for a relaxing weekend.

The property was well maintained and located conveniently close to the beach. Amenities were included and made for a wonderful stay.

Great condo!

Comfy place with all the amenities needed. We didn't use the pools because it was a bit on the cool side, but they look very nice. Also it was great to be able to bring our dogs. The only challenge was carrying luggage up the stairs, although the person checking us in offered help with that. Next time I would take them up on the offer. Also the beach is wonderful.

Our stay was great no issues. Communication was great and very responsive. The resort was easy to find and parking was right underneath the condo. Beach was a short walk shorter than some of the reviews made it seem. We were there for a baseball tournament so we didn’t get to enjoy the resort to the fullest but we would definitely go back to just enjoy a relaxing weekend.

The host was excellent. Good communication with us, and was very responsive. The condo was very nice, and was well stocked with everything needed. It wasn’t until after I had completed the reservation that I was informed that there was no elevator. We are elderly, but still able to negotiate stairs. We found out that doing so with luggage, etc was not so easy for us. The location of the condo was also a bit further away from the beach than what we prefer. Parking was right off the street. Although nothing happened, I was still a bit concerned about vehicle security. Being right near the street, the bedroom facing toward the road had a bit of traffic noise during the nighttime hours. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay. A day at the beach…how bad can it be, right? The issues we had were nothing more than minor inconveniences. I’d have to say, though, that this condo is probably better suited to those who are younger and more physically fit.

This was my first time getting a vacation rental, and thanks to this amazing property I'm hooked! Had all the stuff we needed in a home, even had some coffee! the manager was very communicative. The apartment complex was pretty awesome. we swam in 4 pools, one has a swim up bar. The beach is sandy and excellent. All the neighbors were chill. No crazy party types. There's an elevator so you don't have to walk your stuff up. Will def stay here again if i get the chance!

The property was everything we hoped for and more! It had everything we needed, from a tv to cooking utensils to fresh linens and more! The resort itself was amazing, so many things to do. The restaurant was delicious as well. As this was my first time in Mexico, I was not disappointed and would highly recommend this place to anyone!! All 6 of us had a very memorable trip.
