Stayed Jun 11, 2022Love Crescent Sandpiper. It has always been a great vacation spot. Our condo was nicely equipped with all that we needed. Property management was quick to answer all questions and concerns.

Stayed May 8, 2022We enjoy everything while we were in Crescent Beach. The view from the apartment was beautiful, the beach is right there, and when you want to be part of the historical town you just drive 10 minutes or less. We would love to be back. Thanks. (Note: Saint Augustine parking is free on Sundays)

Stayed Oct 23, 2020Premises are in dire need of repair/maintenance: dishwasher did not work; fridge is on its last legs; main bathroom light fixture needs replacing; NO GRAB BARS IN EITHER SHOWER (important from a liability view); plastic shower liner is ripped; clothes washer is leaking onto floor; and there is exposed wiring in the washer/dryer closet. Every other unit we've ever rented through you has been perfect, but we couldn't recommend this particular unit to others. On the positive side, the location, ocean view, and general grounds maintenance are excellent!

Stayed Oct 10, 2020Very quite stay, loved our view and short walk to the white sandy beach. Had everything we needed. We saw lots of turtles in the dunes on our walk to the beach each day. The gas grills were very clean and convenient for a family like us that loves to grill! Met several guests that are repeats that come back year after year and stay for. Month or more at a time. My husband even caught several fish right off the beach!
