This is a great location with a nice view. The beach and restaurants were within easy walking distance. There were some issues with the rental that were problematic. First the sliding glass door which was once dual pane had obviously had the inner pane broken. Instead of repairing it, someone had placed blue painter’s tape over the jagged glass still lodged in the frame. The other issue was a mold problem. Every time we entered the premises my family would complain of runny noses, congestion, allergy symptoms. There were some signs of water intrusion, like paint bubbling and ceiling discolorations. It wasn’t until the last day of our stay that my husband opened the upper cupboards over the stove and noted some significant mold issues. I’m happy to provide a photo if this would help in its remediation.

Absolutely wonderful stay in tybee! Seconds from the beach, and close to all kinds of shops and restaurants. The condo was absolutely HUGE. We had everything we could have needed and more. The only thing missing is a pool!

Location was excellentView was excellentOnly recommendation would be to change out the twin bed mattresses. For children may be fine, but for women older than 50 it was uncomfortable. Fan in twin bedroom needs changed out. When turned on it makes a clanking noise. We had an amazing time. You could walk to everything you needed to do.

The tape on the sliding glass door appeared strange until we found bits of broken glass in bottom of door. The dishes and silver had a film on them so we washed them before use. Elevator broke down several times during our stay.

This house is in a great location..across from the beach and and a block from shops and restaurants. We only needed a car when we left the island. You dont even need to rent a golf cart or pay for parking. The house was clean and everything worked. It is a bit loud in the neighboorhood Fri. and Sat. nights but peaceful during the week. We were there end of July. The only hassle is you dont find out until after you book that you are really renting from a management company. You have to go their office to get the passcode and gate openers.Otherwise great property!!

The location in relation to the beach was amazing. The condo was in walking distance to several food and shopping venues. Check-in process instructions were helpful and informative. The condo unit was adequate space wise for our family of 4, and featured everything we needed. Walls could use some TLC, minor mold in one bathroom above shower, otherwise no complaints whatsoever.

Amazing! Only thing that would have made it better is if they had a pool to access!

Property was perfect. Loved watching the sunrise and waves! Larger than expected and very well equipped.

Our plans had to change last minute (neither the host nor our fault) and they were great about changing the reservation, late checkout, etc.Great location. Great space.It was the VRBO where I’ve had the least amenities: no basic laundry soap, shampoo, etc. Seems like an easy fix for a property that was so great otherwise.Would definitely stay there again.

This was our first time staying on Tybee and couldn't have asked for a better location! We ended up coming the same weekend of the st. Pattys day parade and plan on coming back again next year for it! We loved everything about the condo especially the location. It was spacious and clean and within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and bars. Can't wait to come back next year!

Wow, it's prettier than the pictures! Very comfortable, clean, well decorated, and just beautiful. Close to the pier, which is kinda the center of shops and restaurants in Tybee. We love the laid back atmosphere of Tybee, close to all the activities of Savannah. VRBO prefers that you deal exclusively with the rental company, so I would strongly suggest you book directly through Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals so that VRBO doesn't need to be bothered. Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals is very friendly and responsive, and we will certainly be booking through them in the future.

Very clean and spacious, best location in my opinion, we had a car but we were able to walk the whole island. Restaurants and shops are very close and walkable! View was amazing! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Unit damage was not disclosed prior to arrival. Owner did not willingly offer to adjust fee. Sliders were dirty, difficult to operate. Location was noisy. feebecabecabecause

Attended Tybee Island pirate fest with my grandson for the first time. The location was great as we could watch the bands from the balcony while he slept. The condo had everything we needed to make for a great long weekend.

Was a lot of fun!!!

The condo was clean, ready before it was supposed to be, quick to respond to the one issue we had, and is located it the perfect place. We will definitely be booking again.
