Ocean front view made our vacation experience Extra spectacular in the morning and in the evening. It is so worth every penny. The entire condo exceeded our expectations. Kitchen necessities made our breakfast morning easy Peezy with having everything you needed to cook. Super nice cooking pans and dishware. after beaching it all day, it was wonderful to come back to a wonderful shower that felt clean and everyone loved their shower heads and the bath towels were a hit - loved the bath towels 100% these little things make for a great vacation experience. We enjoyed the cleanliness and no clutter feel to the condo. Our check-in was also accommodating when we arrived a little bit before 3 PM. It was great to be welcomed. our host Joyce is top-notch. I have dealt with other condo owners and no one has the customer service and friendliness. Joyce demonstrates throughout her communications always friendly always wanting to help and make your vacation a great experience. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your wonderful condo and I will recommend anyone looking for a top-notch place. Thank you again it was a wonderful spring break.

The condo has a great view from the balcony. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans for cooking. Lots of towels and beach equipment. Joyce is wonderful to deal with. The complex has very clean grounds and friendly people.

Condo in a good location. Not too busy but easy access to restaurants and other destinations. Property in good condition including pool. Easy parking. Condo clean and very well provisioned with comfortable furniture. Easy communication with property manager. Top notch, well cared for condo.

Our unit was Very clean. Everything that we needed was in this unit. The owner was easy to talk to and allowed us to extend our check-out by a few hours. The sunrise views were stunning. Publix was in walking distance as well as downtown Cocoa Beach. One nearby Hotel had a tiki bar right off the beach. Can't wait to return to this area.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The Oceanfront views and Sunrise are breathtaking. The beach was just steps away. Joyce was very attentive, and helpful. She answered all questions very quickly, thank you Joyce! The condo was very clean and the ocean/beach decors/details are very inviting . Additionally, the condo had everything we needed and more, it is very well equipped. We can't wait to go back soon again. Joyce, thank you for sharing your beautiful oceanfront condo.

The condo was extremely clean and it had high end finishes (bedding, towels, etc). Joyce was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and accommodating.

Incredible condo. View is amazing. Very close to the water. Condo had the most comfortable bed and living room furniture of any vrbo so far and we had e stayed at many. The owner communicates so well and answers a text quickly. Can't wait to return

Beautiful beach getaway! Our favorite of the Cocoa Beach properties we have visited so far. Condo was lovely and packed with thoughtful amenities. Big, comfortable bed, nicely furnished and decorated, great location, and the view can't be beat. Our host Joyce provided great instructions and communication and is very responsive. Highly recommend! We hope to return for another stay next time we visit Cocoa Beach.

We love everything about this beautiful and clean condo. The beach theme is really cute and welcoming. The views of the balcony is breathtaking. The beach is nice and quiet without the crowds. Everthing we need was well taken care of, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beach chairs/accessories/towels, plus so much more. Joyce is very responsive if we have any questions. We enjoyed every moments we were there. Thank you, Joyce!

We enjoyed our recent 3 night stay at Sandcastles. Joyce's condo is great on the beach and feels like home with all the needed amenities. The unit was clean and well furnished/decorated with a beach theme. The master bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the attention to detail like the power cords and usb outlets everywhere you need them!

Our stay at Sandcastles 408 was absolutely amazing. The moment we opened the door we knew we would enjoy our stay! The condo was beautiful! You can tell they take pride in the property. The had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The couch was great for our family to comfortably be in the living room together, and the beds in both rooms were very comfortable. The washer and dryer ran great, and the fridge/freezer unit held all of our drinks and food. The first night there we had trouble with the tv and a quick text and they were on the phone trouble shooting with us. The owners made themselves available and are both very sweet! The view from the condo is absolutely stunning. It’s a straight on view of the beach/ocean. We watched the sunrise, and watched a night time rocket launch. The pool for the complex unit was clean and warm never seemed crowded. There is also a hot tub. Parking was easy and always available. We are very excited to book this condo again next year on our vacation! Thank you both for making our stay amazing!

Definitely a must stay ! From the moment we walked into the Condo we felt at home. The scenery and view from the balcony and master bedroom is just glorious. Plus the condo owner Joyce is just beautiful and responds so quickly to any queries or concerns. We stayed for 4 nights and had so much to do. We will definitely recommend to friends at home in Australia.

We spent 6 nights in this lovely condo with an excellent beachfront view. It’s stocked very well and we appreciated the use of the washer/dryer. The balcony always seemed to have a nice sea breeze and it was so cool to see a rocket launch from it. Lots of towels (which I love). There are beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, cooler, etc for your use. We had a slight hitch with the door lock which the owner corrected right away.

What can you say about this property other than AMAZING!!!! This place has it all!! The best Ocean View you could ask for. This is where you want to have your morning coffee on the deck looking at the ocean. Want to go to the beach? No problem, literally 50 steps and you are at the beach. The condo has everything you need, umbrellas and beach chairs, oh and coolers. Don't lke the sand? Well the condo also has an outstanding pool and hottub. The location is perfect for all sorts of amazing dining options! Plus tons of activities. We did a sunset catamaran ride. Highly recommend that too. Tennis/Pickle Ball courts to play on as well. The condo itself has everything and anything you can think of in it. Great TV with all the cable channels you could want, if you like doing your own cooking it has everything as well. The beds were super comfy to sleep on. I have stayed in a lot of VRBO condo's but I am sure this is the nicest one we have stayed in. It was a great way to celebrate our Granddaughters Graduation! The owner (Joyce) is the best to work with as well. Communicates very well and provides you with everything you could need to ensure you have the best experience. I cannot say this enough...this place is paradise!!! If you get a chance..book this place. I know we will again. We are already talking about booking again!!!!

We absolutely loved the condo and the whole area. The condo was very clean, the owner thought of everything that someone may or may not forget. We were very impressed. I definitely plan on staying in her condo again.

This property is absolutely fantastic! The condo is incredibly clean and stocked with everything you’ll need for a fabulous time in Cocoa Beach. Beach umbrellas, chairs, towels, coolers, and boogie boards are all provided making it so easy to spend time at the beach. After a day at the beach enjoy your dinner on the balcony overlooking the ocean and then crawl into the superbly comfy beds for a great night’s sleep.

Very nice place. Clean and had everything we needed

The property was spotless and very well equipped. It had plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, flatware and small appliances. It was also equipped with beach gear and towels. Even though the weather wasn’t very good during our stay, Kennedy Space Center, Orlando Car Museum and many other venues were in driving distance. The condo had a large screen TV, so we were easily entertained even if we didn’t want to go out in the cold and rain.The area is located with a variety of restaurants including seafood, Mexican,Italian and American type food to fit the tastes of all visitors.It was easy to have a good time even with bad weather.

We had a wonderful visit to Coco beach, The condo was beautiful and very well stocked. Joyce was very nice great about getting back to us when we had questions. The weather was great! Joyce suggested some really good restaurant's. They were doing construction next door, the pounding was loud but we got use to it and didn't let it bother us. We would definitely stay in this beautiful condo again.

Beautiful spot to spend time with family. Everything was perfect. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Hard to close the door that final time and leave it behind. Will especially miss the sound of the waves, and having morning coffee on the balcony looking out over the beach and Atlantic ocean. Thank you Joyce, for sharing your lovely condo with us!

The first words to describe this place were, It is beautiful. That pretty much sums it up. We all had a fabulous time. The comfortable furniture and the large screen TV were big hits with the football lovers in the family. We were in awe to watch cruise ships sail by. We look forward to returning.

My husband and I rented this adorable condo for our anniversary. It was clean, comfy, full supplies with everything we needed. The beach view was incredible. The host was responsive. We saw a rocket launch, completely random +completely cool. We would stay again!

We had been planning this trip for a long time. Ever since they announced the Big 12 football schedule. Came down a few days early hoping to enjoy some fishing, beach and a good football game. Well the weather didn’t cooperate as Hurricane Helene came through the gulf side our second day here but we got a great tour of Kennedy Space Center and found the condo was perfect. Joyce was very communicative. Her directions and helpful hints were excellent. Home was exceptionally clean and made the trip very enjoyable. Definitely would recommend.

I give this place 5 stars. It was exactly how it was described! Having beach supplies readily available is awesome because you don’t spend the money on rentals/buying! It was my mother, my niece, my daughter and I! Everyone enjoyed their stay!

Large space very clean great location

We loved our stay at The Sandcastles condo. The condo was very comfortable, well stocked with towels and everything we would need for the beach. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view and access to the beach were the best. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the view. We will definitely be back.

We have been going to Cocoa Beach twice a year for over 15 years. This is our first time trying VRBO, This condo is amazing. As a person who knows cocoa beach and has many local friends they loved it and were inpressed with it also. This Condo has everything you need, very thoughtful and amazing owner to provide so many yhings. From a crock pot, to towels, dishes, beach items etc etc etc. The view is amazing, and every store, bar, restaurant etc etc is all within 1 to 3 miles of you.

The condo was roomy and clean, and it had everything we needed to enjoy the beach! The view was spectacular!

The condo was very easy to access and the owner had very detail instructions for our stay. We enjoyed late night walks on the beach as well as the kids enjoyed putting the puzzles together that was in the condo. Very clean condo, we will definitely revisit and try to stay here in the future!

We had a fantastic time in Joyce's condo! It was extremely comfortable and had almost everything we need needed. I would suggest bringing your own coffee, either keurig cups or drip coffee. She had both appliances there . She is extremely responsive to any request or needs you might have. She's a pleasure to work with. o. own coffee unless you want to buy it there.
