Sandcastles 113 is just steps to the pool and the beach

The location of the condo is excellent. Steps from the pool and hot tub and easy access to the beach. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Keith has plenty of towels and beach toys if needed. The back porch is great for piling beach stuff outside at the end of the day. We enjoyed meals on the back porch as well. Kitchen was well stocked. Keith was communicative and very helpful.

We had a great stay .The condo was exactly as listed. Very clean. Close to the beach and pool. I would stay here again if we come back to Coco beach .

Wonderful stay. We appreciated all of the amenities. Specifically the well stocked kitchen, and beach accessories. We had everything we needed despite only coming with carryon luggage!

The condo was easy to locate and access to the unit was convenient. It was nice to pull up directly in front of the unit to unload and load our vehicle. Parking was also near by and conveniently accessed. The pool is directly across from the condo, which was awesome. Beach access was near by as well. The unit was well stocked with plenty of towels and linens. The condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The condo was also in a great location close to restaurants, shopping and other activities. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay in Sandcastles 113 was perfect! Keith was amazingly responsive and checked in with us to be sure we didn't have any issues getting in the property (we didn't have any issues!) The condo was clean and so convenient to the beautiful pool and hot tub. The beach was so close too which made it the perfect location for us. We did a day at Disney too which was just an hour away. Great place to stay. Highly recommend!

We booked last minute due to a schedule change and couldn’t have been happier! The property manager was quick to respond and super helpful. The photos don’t do this place justice—it had everything we needed for beach and pool days. The pool and beach are just steps away, and my 5-year-old loved swimming day and night!It was windy during our stay, but with the pool open until 10 p.m., my son was in heaven. Great location for food and fun—we’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent location. Ground floor units are the best. Easy access to the beach and pool. Owner was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice rooms clean. And comfotable

The grandkids had such a blast. They didn’t want to leave. The unit is steps from the beach and steps from the pool. Very convenient. Very clean.

We had a great stay. Room was just as described and owner/manager was extremely helpful and attentive.

We loved staying at the property over spring break. It was very spacious for both families. Close to the beach and pool. Loved being on the first floor with a lovely backyard for the kids to run and play in. Property manager was very responsive and made check in/out very clear. We definitely would stay here again. Thanks for having us.
