Very comfortable and well equipped condo. Overwhelmed by how close it is to the beach. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be renting again.

Ideal location and great access to the beach.

Our second stay with Sunshine Vacation Rentals (Stayed at Sea Biscuit last year. Would have stayed there again his year but our dates were already booked) This place is right on the beach. Very nice place to stay! Would stay here again.

Have stayed at VRBO properties before, and those have been adequately furnished. At this property the kitchen needs more dish drying towels….there was one for the whole week. There wasn’t even salt and pepper. I think advertising a pool on site is misleading. It is very small…a little larger than a whirlpool. No problems with ck in process. We liked the location and the fact that it is a few steps to the beach and is very quiet there.

The condo was clean and very nice. Great easy walk to the beach which was perfect for my family with little kids

This property was everthing that was listed. Close to the beach and vwry quiet. Would recommend this place and would book again.

Unit was great, very clean and comfortable furniture and beds. Super great access to the beach and a little pool for the kids to play in. We will come back again.The beach construction is finished and it looks great.

We loved staying in Mexico Beach. The location was great, with direct access to the beach and close to the market and highway into town for food. A few things prevented us from having a seamless vacation but we didn’t let it ruin our fun! The place was clean but had a pet smell (like a wet dog) and bleach upon entry. The check in process was ok. The property manager was slow to respond and didn’t really help us when we had a few issues in the unit like the coffee make and outlets not working. The guidebook of around town was amazing! However the information was incorrect. The checkout says 10 but we were i no order (after asking for clarity) at 3am of the morning of our departure it was in fact 9am checkout which made it difficult given the lengthy list of items to do. Lastly, the furniture is nice and modern. The pillows could use a refresh as they were bumpy and didn’t have any fluff left. Overall the beds were comfy and cozy and the two bathrooms were a bonus!

Everything about the property was reflected accurately in the listing. The floor plan was a functional use of space. Unit was extremely clean. It was just steps from the beach. The balcony was large but faced perpendicular to the beach (as pictured), with limited glimpses of the beach.

Nice place but we had 6 people and it doesn't sleep more than 4 comfortably. One bedroom is described as having a trundle bed. The top of that bed only sleeps one horizontally. The furniture is a little big for the living space. There is a table but it blocks people walking when in use. We would not rent this again unfortunately. It is clean and nice and okay for fewer people.

Ver nice for a quiet vacation. Wish I would have been aware of how to know about local construction and beach restoration

Nice size unit. Very clean. Nice partial view of ocean from balcony. This section of Mexico beach isn’t very nice. There were Gatorade bottles and other trash everywhere. The beach is also under construction with heavy equipment and a pipeline you have to maneuver around.

Great location. Clean and had all we needed.

Property was very clean and we enjoyed everything it had to offer, only downside was elevator was out of order. Other than that, our stay was a 10/10, and we will be back!!

Needed more info for check in process. Received the wrong code and could not enter the condo for an hour at check in time.

We absolutely fell in love with Mexico Beach and already making plans to return! The accommodations and amenities of this property made our stay so welcoming and comfortable. There was plenty of space, linens, kitchen utensils and appliances. If you’re on the hunt for a quiet and peaceful beach vacation, comfortable space for your family while you’re not enjoying the sand and ocean, then this is your place!
