Stayed Dec 4, 2024We love the Sun Beach Club! Becky was a great host and her unit was clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to the pool/hot tub, close to the stores and restaurants across the street and the back patio was very nice! The beach was easy to get to and very walkable. Thank you Becky!

Stayed Nov 17, 2023Condo was clean and well-stocked, and the property is well-maintained, close to the beach, and has a nice pool and hot tub area. Owner is very kind and helpful and was quick to respond to messages and take care of any issues that we had. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Stayed Nov 20, 2022This was a great place to stay. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed for our week stay. Check in was a breeze. The location was great, very close to downtown New Smyrna and great restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again.
