Guest Access:

Starting June 1st through September 8th, 2026, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation due to limited parking availability.

Covered garage guest parking is reserved only for guests displaying a valid handicap placard. All other guests are required to park in the lot across from Sand & Sea.

Guests may continue to use the loading zone across from the office upon arrival to unload their vehicles but must move and park in the designated lot across the street afterward.

Other Things to Note:

The Sand & Sea Condo building will be undergoing construction between Mid January and Mid August. Expect construction noise during the day.

Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, marijuana/cannabis, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and other smoking substances. A $250 fine will be charged for any violation of this policy.

Property does not have AC, but does have floor to ceiling windows to let in the ocean breeze!

This home is not pet friendly and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.

Suitable for guests aged 21 and over; younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

Damage waiver fee included in reservation cost covers accidental damage (incident must be reported before check-out)

Commercial activity including filming are not permitted.

Once you arrive at the Sand & Sea, you may park your car in the designated guest parking area. Chances are you won't need your ride to explore Seaside--walk out the door to The Prom and the Beach or Broadway Ave and downtown to shops and restaurants! A car is recommended for visiting nearby destinations or exploring up and down the coast.

    Beautiful view from our side balcony. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t cook any meals there but it was well stocked. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

    I really appreciated the communication I received before and through our stay.This is a very nice place to stay. It was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the amenities which fitted our needs. I loved the heat lamp and the lotions.Close proximity and convenient to shopping and dining.Nice views from the home. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing maybe to consider is updating the king bed. I would recommend this place and location.Thank you

    The spot was just as advertised. The unit has a nice view and good open floor plan. Right near the board walk and close to everything with plenty of parking. Everything was pretty comfortable, but the unit could use some upgrades such as a smart TV and getting rid of the over-the-range microwave that doesn't work (new one is on the counter, so this just needs to be removed)
