The Space:

Building Notice: Sand & Sea Condos will be undergoing essential exterior structural repairs on select sections of the building January through October.



Guests may experience visible construction activity and noise during the daytime.



These updates are focused on maintaining the long-term safety and beauty of our oceanfront property — thank you for understanding as we care for this classic Oregon coast landmark.



Please note that construction in the area is currently anticipated to be completed by 1/31/27. Construction activities are expected to pause from 7/1/26–9/8/26. During this period, there may still be visible signs of ongoing building work, and portions of the property surroundings may appear unfinished.

The space

Ronald Reagan stayed overnight while campaigning for his Presidency and making a speech at the Seaside Convention Center!

Guest Access:

Starting June 1st through September 8th, 2026, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation due to limited parking availability.

Covered garage guest parking is reserved only for guests displaying a valid handicap placard. All other guests are required to park in the lot across from Sand & Sea.

Guests may continue to use the loading zone across from the office upon arrival to unload their vehicles but must move and park in the designated lot across the street afterward.

Other Things to Note:

The Sand & Sea Condo building will be undergoing construction between Mid January and Mid August. Expect construction noise during the day.

Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, marijuana/cannabis, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and other smoking substances. A $250 fine will be charged for any violation of this policy.

Pet friendly up to one dog with a $100 per pet fee (No cats allowed)

Property does not have AC, but does have floor to ceiling windows to let in the ocean breeze!

Must be 21+ to book or accompanied by a guardian

Fresh linens, towels, and essential toiletries provided

Damage waiver fee covers accidental damage

Commercial activity including filming are not permitted.

Once you arrive at the Sand & Sea, you may park your car in the designated guest parking area. Chances are you won't need your ride to explore Seaside--walk out the door to The Prom and the Beach or Broadway Ave and downtown to shops and restaurants! A car is recommended for visiting nearby destinations or exploring up and down the coast.

    Great location that within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants that Seaside has to offer! Loved the vantage/view from the unit! Unfortunately the fireplace didn't work but overall a great time!

    This was a nice property near the beach with a view off the balcony. Because it it. Pet friendly the carpet had seen better days and was stained in many spots. Having to remove our shoes in the condo, given the carpet condition, was a bit much. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. Beds were just OK. They had a foam topper that was very soft and did not fit well on the beds. Bathrooms pretty dated but showers worked well.

    Property needs maintenance. Needs new paint throughout. Needs lock on sliding door as has tape in place. Shutters are broken and need blackout curtains in bedroom. Bathrooms need updating still in 70’s colors. curtains falling iliving
