The Space:

Building Notice: Sand & Sea Condos will be undergoing essential exterior structural repairs on select sections of the building January through October.



Guests may experience visible construction activity and noise during the daytime.



These updates are focused on maintaining the long-term safety and beauty of our oceanfront property — thank you for understanding as we care for this classic Oregon coast landmark.



Please note that construction in the area is currently anticipated to be completed by 1/31/27. Construction activities are expected to pause from 7/1/26–9/8/26. During this period, there may still be visible signs of ongoing building work, and portions of the property surroundings may appear unfinished.

Guest Access:

Starting June 1st through September 8th, 2026, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation due to limited parking availability.

Covered garage guest parking is reserved only for guests displaying a valid handicap placard. All other guests are required to park in the lot across from Sand & Sea.

Guests may continue to use the loading zone across from the office upon arrival to unload their vehicles but must move and park in the designated lot across the street afterward.

Other Things to Note:

The Sand & Sea Condo building will be undergoing construction between Mid January and Mid August. Expect construction noise during the day.

Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, marijuana/cannabis, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and other smoking substances. A $250 fine will be charged for any violation of this policy.

Property does not have AC, but does have floor to ceiling windows to let in the ocean breeze!

This home is not pet friendly and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book

    The office staff were all helpful and easy to work with. Both check in and check out were easy and efficient. The unit was clean, and all the necessary amenities were clean, plentiful and everything worked fine. There are a few things that could be addressed. The hallway wall outside the door to 308 has been damaged and patched, but not repainted. Inside the unit, the coat hooks that were in the entrance hall have been removed. Coats have to be hung in closets or on kitchen chairs. There is paint damage on a couple of walls, and baseboards are beat up. Finally, both beds have probably reached the end of their useful life, and replacement of both mattresses and the blankets and duvets would improve the unit. Finally, the unit manual covering how to operate or troubleshoot the fireplace operation, and the dryer lint filters is a big improvement over prior years. We first stayed in unit 308 in 2018, so we have some history with the condo and its furnishings.
