Stayed Nov 1, 2025The office staff were all helpful and easy to work with. Both check in and check out were easy and efficient. The unit was clean, and all the necessary amenities were clean, plentiful and everything worked fine. There are a few things that could be addressed. The hallway wall outside the door to 308 has been damaged and patched, but not repainted. Inside the unit, the coat hooks that were in the entrance hall have been removed. Coats have to be hung in closets or on kitchen chairs. There is paint damage on a couple of walls, and baseboards are beat up. Finally, both beds have probably reached the end of their useful life, and replacement of both mattresses and the blankets and duvets would improve the unit. Finally, the unit manual covering how to operate or troubleshoot the fireplace operation, and the dryer lint filters is a big improvement over prior years. We first stayed in unit 308 in 2018, so we have some history with the condo and its furnishings.
