These units are located in the cute, quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach and are within walking distance of several local stops, shops, and restaurants. This property has a total of seven units with two of them (Units B & C) adjoining 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units which can be turned into one large unit through double doors in each dining room. Make this beautiful, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, condo your home away from home! Enjoy walking straight onto the beach from the gulf-facing pool and tiki bar. This unit has a balcony for you to enjoy your morning routine and take in the beautiful Florida weather.

Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking full meals, has a coffee pot, blender, dishwasher, and two bar stools at the breakfast counter. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices and cooking oil are not always available.

Dining Area: The dining room has a four-top dining table plus two bar stools at the breakfast counter.

Living Area: The living room has a cozy sitting area, entertainment center, and windows.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom features a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom #2: Has two twin beds, TV, ceiling fan, and stackable washer/dryer combo in one of the closets.

Bedroom #3: The third bedroom is a loft bedroom via a spiral staircase on the second floor of this unit and has a south-facing balcony (does not face the Gulf). Access to this loft bedroom is an indoor spiral staircase in the living room.

Bathroom #1 (en-suite): A full bathroom with tub and shower combo.

Bathroom #2: A full bathroom with tub and shower combo located in the hallway.

Outdoors: The complex has a shared space with gas grills, a shared refrigerator and freezer combo on the ground level, beach bar tiki hut that faces the pool. Plenty of sun loungers by the pool, tiki hut dining tables, private beach area has sun loungers that can be taken up to the surf each day, we just request that they be brought back at the end of each day. Please note that the beach sun loungers are limited and are first-come, first-served.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances starting at 10pm.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Parking: This unit has 2 parking spaces. There is no guest parking.​​​​​​​

This home is conveniently located down the street from Guilty Sea Sports Pub and VIP Mexican. You will also find the following places within walking distance: JD's Restaurant & Bar, Jimmy Guana's, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, Crabby Bills, Pipo N Betty's Bakery, and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills. For the kids and kids at heart, there's a small waterpark located nearby.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

    The location is perfect for beach, shops, and restaurants. The listing gave the impression that there are plenty of beach amenities; only towels and chairs (available when other unit guests do not take them for their invited local guests). Floors were quite dirty. Tiki bar area a mess. There is not a lot of natural light coming through this unit. It's tucked back in the corner of the building. Balcony view is side view of other buildings. Communication with management company was good. We did have a nice stay and possilbe will return but to a different unit.

    Property was in a great location for restaurants and it was directly on the beach. We could walk or ride a bicycle everywhere we needed to go. I would stay here again.

    Overall it was very nice and clean and being on the beach was fantastic. Upgraded bedroom furniture and shower fixtures would make it better. Also, the spiral staircase looks good but is impractical. Theres no way I could have gotten my suitcase up them.

    This property is right on the Gulf. The unit did not have any gulf views and would have been much more enjoyable if it did. It does have an elevator but the hallways are tight - especially when loading and unloading luggage. The unit itself was very spacious and clean. All of the furniture was so comfortable and easy to relax in. The kitchen was moderately stocked - would suggest more than 1 kitchen towel and cloths. There were only 3 coffee mugs so it definitely needs more.The only complaint is the spiral staircase. The balcony was upstairs and although we were not able to enjoy it due to the bad weather (rain & cold), one person in our party would not have been able to use it because it was located upstairs and would have to use the spiral staircase. Very dangerous - especially at night since there is no upstairs bathroom. Perhaps a regular staircase would be more appropriate and helpful to guests.The property had a heated pool which we did use between the raindrops. The beach location was perfect and walkable to several restaurants. The sunsets were the best and most enjoyable to just walk out on the beach from the condo.Would definitely rent a unit again in this building.

    Lovely beach, small condo building with nice pool area. Everyone there was great. Condo was fairly clean and had some minor issues that weren't a big deal. Beds were not the most comfy. Overall had a great stay!
