Stayed Oct 14, 2025Great Location for price, but we did experience some significant issues while staying. Pros:-great staff communication-even printed some papers for us (no business center)-pool/hot tub was clean and spacious -right on beach! -Easy check outCons:-came back one day to no electricity (the bill apparently wasn’t paid, but they did get it resolved in less than an hour of when we notified). -garbage disposal not working properly-water dripping out of top of tank in one toilet-the washer and dryer put black marks on all of our clothes/towels (and we didn’t realize it until we did a second load of laundry)Overall, the pictures are accurate and the place was clean when we arrived, but the pictures couldn’t have predicted the issues we had!

Stayed May 16, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been visiting the Sand Dollar for over 5 years as a family. We love the family feel, location and every condo we have stayed in has come equipped with what our large family needs. It's something we look forward to every year and now it feels like home when we come. This past stay our daughter became engaged on the white beaches we have grown to love. What a memory we all have now!
