I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For years we have stayed next door, but it was still down from hurricane, so we were moved to Sand Dollar. This year was particularly special as we were celebrating my Mom's 90 birthday and had multiple family members of different ages with us (we rented more than one condo in the building) although none were small children. Our unit was nice and very spacious. Needs a few bathroom fixes. The building needs more than one elevator. The rules are a little over the top with signs everywhere! Property management from JC is always so incredibly friendly! However, one woman at desk was very rude (especially at check out) and should probably find a different job. Considering all things we would stay there again and recommend it to others!
