Sand Castle I 506 - GULF FRONT Condo!

listed as 3 bedroom be warned that bedroom with 2 twins is really a closet There is no dresser or closet in the room hence no where to unpack and room has poor ventilation when doors are closed at night for sleeping Room is only good for small children not adults Unit could use a refresh Comforters and shams on beds need a washing Kitchen is stocked with very scratched teflon pans Primary bathroom has dirty grout on floor I know this is a rental but for the price they charge u expect a lot plus is location right on beach Pool for kids but teenagers took over hot tub each night maintenance was very responsive for broke faucet and internet constantly had to be reset until they replaced a part Location is great with a good restaurant Caddy’s across the street and lots in walking distance I would consult the property owner and look at pictures better before renting any unit in the building Thru should be doing a check on everything before new renters come in

The rental process was super easy and the management team was friendly, helpful and available. Our family had a great stay. Pool was clean and comfortable, great location

The property was nice and very clean and the check in was as quick and easy as could be. The only issue we had was with the lady in the office at Sandcastle 1. She made us feel as though we were inconveniencing her and she was the exact opposite of everyone else we had spoken to.

It was very easy process . It was easy to reach people while we were there .

Our family of four stayed in the condo over our Christmas break. Everything we needed was located in the condo. We loved the proximity to the beach and the pool. We couldn't have asked for a better time.

Wonderful place to stay the pool is amazing perfect temperature for sure Hot tub is one of the best ones loved this place

It was wonderful. We wanted to be right on the beach in a nice up to date condo. That is exactly what we got. We hated to leave. Super close to everything. We got everything we needed at Walmart,Publix,CVS, Walgreens and Dollar Tree (there are 3 within 5 miles). Love Indian Rocks and this condo. We ate at a different restaurant almost every night. Crabby Bills was a favorite.

Palm trees are nice to see, but some what in the way of the view of the beach. The ping pong table was fun on the rainy days!

This condo had great views and floorplan. Good sleeping arrangements and seating area was large enough for our family. Nice big back patio. There were beach chairs and an umbrella which was not stated in the description,( that would have freed up my car quite a bit), it could've been a little cleaner ( back inside sliding doors were dirty along with sink faucets). Bring your own dishsoap and coffee filters. I am used to condos providing these, but apparently not here. Other than those things it was comfortable.
