This was a good little place that did what we needed it to. It would have been nice to have known ahead of time that all the bedrooms were connected so you have to pass though one room to get to the next. Other than that it was great.

Huge stain on the sunken in mattress, stains on the comforter as though the bedding was not washed, grimey dirt path wore into the stairs and floor, couch cushions were were wore and ripped, hair in the bathrooms and a horrible smelling air freshener that I am still unsure of what they were trying to hide other than NASTY! We called the owner saying we couldn't stay there due to it being nasty. He said he was sorry and would send his people never offered any other assistance. Never once said anything about not refunding the money or offering for us to give him a chance to make it right He told me to contact VRBO and let them know I talked to him about this issues so a refund could be given, then when it came down to it he refused to refund the money because he was unable to rent it out for the rest of our stay. He later said the next day he changed the beds out, put in a new couch and recleaned the property. It is a shame that VRBO would put up with their name being trash with owners of this caliber! I have pictures for proof, unfortunately there is not an option to share them! However I will share them with anyone that asks! There is no way these issues were new and if they were he should have charged the renters that were responsible, not me! But unfortunately no one will hold this man to a higher standard...including himself!

We had a nice stay. The location is convenient to everything we wanted to do. The property could use some updating, but it was clean and everything was as stated. Thank you for providing so many towels! We didn't really cook in the kitchen, but it seemed to have the basics. Would recommend.

We enjoyed the pools and the amenities. The living room was small. One of the twin beds was sunken in and had a large Pee stain on the back side. I would recommend changing that mattress out.
