    It is a very pretty place to stay. The rooms are clean, and the View is great, but the faucets are getting dated and need to be replaced because they are showing lots of wear and hard water buildup. Same with the Shower.You can not talk to the Owner. I booked this unit through VRBO, and they, in turn, booked it through VaCasa, so if I had any questions, I first talked to VRBO, then they got in touch with VaCasa. In the end, I just switched to VaCasa, but if it was not a stock question, VaCasa had to talk to the owner and then get back to me. Most of the time, it was the next day.It ALL has to be done through email or Text. There is NO phone you can call. One of the questions was I drive a Ford F150 pickup. Would it fit in the parking garage? If not, where do I park?They said they had to get back to me. In the end, it will fit, but it's tight.VaCasa will NOT give you any Codes, combos, or Info on the Unit till the night before your stay, other than what you see on the Rental pages. I am not sure why that is, but all the codes are changed each time for each customer, or so they say. I don't get emails on my phone, so I had to wait until I got a Text. I told them I would be driving and could not get an email till I stopped somewhere and opened my laptop, but I would like to know all the info beforehand. VaCasa said I had to wait.Would I rent again, yes, but then I would know what to expect next time, and I would just book through Vacasa and save some money, also.

    This has a great beach view. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the pool areas but they were beautiful.

    We had a very enjoyable time. Two things that might have improved our stay would be the television in the master bed room working and the linens washed in something that didn't leave them scratchy. Overall, we found it to be relaxing and close enough to the San Luis amenities that we like to frequent.

    Great location convenient for all Seawall activities and a short drive to the Strand. Clean, comfortable rooms that are visually appealing and well maintained. We highly recommend!

    The view was excellent. The check-in was fine, and the stay was OK. However, there were some things that did not go as planned. The first being the fact that the listing had said, it would be Two covered parking places, and in fact, it was no parking places covered or not. The unit also needed so repairs there was problems in the bathrooms with mold and rust and soap scum on the wall. We had paid quite a bit extra because it was over the Christmas holiday, and I just expect a little more upscale care and repair and accurate listing than what I found that we had.

    We were there for three days beginning New Year’s Eve day. The view from the 15th floor was marvelous on a clear first day. The next two days were foggy and you could barely see the ground, which I understand is common weather in the winter. The condominium is across Seawall Boulevard from the beach, so, although it is the beaches nearby I expect it would not be easy to cross Seawall Boulevard in the peak seasons. We never went to the beach since there was a heavy fog the last two days there. The unit had plenty of room for the two of us, though the living room was ideally sized for a maximum of four people, unless people sit on the Ottoman or barstools. The kitchen was not used by us for any meals, but had a Keurig coffee maker with 6 coffee pods, all appliances, dishes, and silverware. The unit was clean and stocked with helpful basics like extra blankets, extra pillows, shampoo and conditioner, and towels. Three hotel restaurants, spa, and other facilities were easily accessible by a five minute walk. The unit came with two reserved parking spaces in the garage that were only a few minutes from the elevator to the unit.
