San Francisco II #6 - Walk to the beach - WiFi

The property was as advertised close to the beach, very walkable, and had the bedrooms described and kitchen layout was mostly positive. There were some concerns with the property not noted in the listing, however. There was a rusty nail on the rail at the beginning of the stairwell leading to the unit, several power outlets did not work, and tiles were missing from the pool. I also had several issues with the stay related to one of the other guests in another unit parking behind my alloted spot and blocking me from leaving. Additionally, the day of checkout the door to the unit was stuck and unable to open from the inside or outside locking me outside the unit and my children and partner inside for an hour. However, the owner was responsive to each concern and did have the property manager en route to the unit to ask the other guest to move their vehicle when blocked. Regarding the door being stuck, he sent an employee to pry the door open. I would recommend the property if these issues were addressed.

Property was clean and we were only a block away from the beach. We didn't get to use the pool because we were busy with other activities. Would definitely recommend this place.

This condo was on the 2nd floor. It was spacious, clean and had everything we could want and need. It was a block from the beach and within walking distance to many good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay there! I definitely would stay there again!

Close enough to feel at home and at peace. Enjoy the vacation on SPI. The location was awesome. The 3 bedroom Apartment was very clean.

Our Experience at the condo was AMAZING!! Easy check in & checkout.. Convenient location…better than a Hilton Resort Condo…WE LOVED IT!!!

We had a very nice stay at the property. Only negatives were: (1) when we first arrived 2 monster trucks parked next to us that left little room for our car, but was only an issue that first day (2) the floors felt very sandy, even upon arrival - not sure if this was an issue with the clean up crew, or this is an impossibility so close the the beach, but we didn't care for it (3) fan in family room didn't work, but we didn't even try to call the property manager, we just lived with it, not a big deal (4) lots of junk in one of the drawers in the master bedroom. seems like this stuff should have been in the owner's closet vs taking room in the guest area. We just left it there, but was a turn off. (5) pool was small and hot due to sun - not refreshing so used it minimally Other than that, the place was tidy, spacious and had pretty much everything we needed. Kitchen had good selection of cookware, spices, etc to help us enjoy our stay, as due to COVID we ate in most meals. It was a very close walk to the beach, and we really enjoyed our stay overall!!

Everything was spacious, and clean! A literal 5 minute walk to the beach or bars and restaurants. We loved staying here 😊
