The Space:

The open-concept living space flows seamlessly into a chef-inspired kitchen featuring premium finishes, an oversized island, and everything needed to prepare anything from morning coffee to gourmet dinners.



Retreat to beautifully appointed bedrooms designed for ultimate comfort, complete with spacious walk-in closets and spa-inspired bathrooms featuring oversized walk-in showers that create a true resort experience. The primary bedroom features a King bed, spacious ensuite bathroom, and stunning ocean views from the floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass door. The second bedroom has 2 double beds, offering plenty of extra sleeping space for guests or children.



Step outside onto the expansive private balcony, furnished with comfortable, high-end patio seating—the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind with a glass of wine, or simply take in the unobstructed views from twelve stories high.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all the amenities at the condo building, including the newly renovated outdoor pool, picnic area and grill, indoor jacuzzi, sauna/steam room, and a small fitness center. There is a washer/dryer conveniently located inside the unit. And beach essentials are provided for guests to enjoy - beach chairs & towels, umbrella, cooler, boogie board, and sand toys.



The Neighborhood:

The Seychelles building is located in a quieter, more secluded part of Daytona, on a no-drive section of the beach. It is still just a short drive to restaurants, shopping, the Daytona Beach boardwalk and Convention Center, downtown Beach Street, Daytona Lagoon waterpark, and the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Orlando is a little over an hour away (with no traffic) which makes a day trip feasible to avoid paying for another hotel if you want to spend a day at one of the theme parks! Historic St. Augustine is also only an hour away, which is a charming place to visit and a must-see if you have never been!



Getting Around:

You will likely need a car to drive to restaurants and shops. However, Crabby Joe’s on the pier (a local favorite that serves breakfast, lunch, & dinner) is only a 15-minute walk from the condo so you could technically get away without renting a car if you really wanted to!



Other Things to Note:

◆ Parking: Guests are allowed to park up to 2 vehicles on the premises. Both vehicles will have to be parked in the upper (uncovered) parking lot. There are no assigned parking spaces, so feel free to park anywhere.

◆ Property Access: Guests will have 2 sets of keys to use during their stay, in order to access to the condo unit as well as the lobby, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, and private beach entrance.

◆ Guests will also be able to access and use the BBQ grill in the pool patio area.

◆ Guests will be responsible for the cost of replacement ($50) if any fobs are lost, damaged (i.e. getting them wet), or taken after departure.



Interaction with Guests:

We will meet you at the front door of the lobby at check-in. And we will be available to assist you during your stay.
