Stayed Jul 26, 2025We had a wonderful visit to the property. It was even better than the pictures. Everything was very comfortable for our family of four. We had lots of beach equipment and towels to use. The room is a very short 2 minute walk to the beach. The parking spot was directly under the unit and in the shade which was nice. Everything was perfect! We will return in the future.

Stayed May 30, 2025Beautiful condo! Great location with a wonderful pool and boardwalk to the beach. The complex also has a new tiki hut to grill out at, eat or watch the sunset. Parking is a little tight but it was manageable in our minivan and my husband’s SUV parked behind. The stairs are a little daunting when unloading but again, manageable. The condo is very comfortable, has everything you need and was very clean. We sincerely enjoyed our visit. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Well kept property on Beach, walk to 4 restaurants on Lemon Bay. The unit is decorated all modern and all nice kitchen and other supplies, more space than you can imagine! All units are on level 2, 3 or 4 floor above parking.

Stayed Jan 24, 2025This was, hands down, our best visit and best rental in Manasota. The stairs were a bit daunting at first, but the amazing views made the climb worth the effort. Everything in the unit felt new, fresh and clean. Each of the 3 balconies has a lovely view of the gulf or the bay, so sunrises and sunsets were wonderful. We very much appreciated the pool on the few days where red tide made the beach impossible. Overall, we had such a great time that we have already booked for 2026.
