No Elevator. Located on the top floor of this privately owned building, The Sunset Suite is where you want to be while the sun dips into the water. This suite offers a western facing KingMaster Bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and an en suite bathroom.
Room 2 has a queen.
Room 3 has 1 queen bed and a full bed and a floor to ceiling window.
Bonus room has a sofa and room for you to bring a inflatable mattress for an extra guest. Access to the washer and dryer room.
In addition to 3 proper bedrooms and a bonus room, there is a large kitchen outfitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The pool and hot tub are open, hot tub is on a set timer to ensure it cycles properly and water doesn't evaporate. We ask that equipment is not touched during your stay. It turns on at 6pm until 10pm, no children under 12 allowed in hot tub, no exeptions.

The large balcony can be accessed by the living room sliding glass doors as well as through the master bedroom sliding glass doors. Enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony during the day and watch as the landscape lighting illuminates the property after the gorgeous sunset.
Located in the middle of city center, start your day with coffee at the shop across the street and end it with a gourmet dinner at Salt Rock. You won t be able to resist the smell, you re so close!
Free tennis courts, library and playground are located directly across the street. Mangrove nature walks less than a block away.
And just on a personal note, I pride myself on offering a rental that cleans WAY above and beyond our competition. I learned bedspreads are only mandated to be laundered twice a year. Did you just fall out of your chair Grossest thing Ive ever heard. We wash ours each time. EACH TIME. Yes. You re welcome. So snuggle up with confidence, my friends.
