Stayed May 31, 2024We had an amazing 1-week stay in June at this property! It is extremely well-equipped, clean, as advertised, and Sally provided incredible resources and communication before, during, and after our reservation. The provided water was one of the biggest lifesavers for convenience and comfort. (There are ice trays in the freezer, which we used frequently.) The kitchen items allowed for us to cook meals, make coffee each day, and even juice our own limes for margs! The complex is incredibly located directly between the beach and 5th Ave., and allowed for easy access to restaurants, bars, and was also just a 10-minute walk to Walmart. Most of our days were spent in the pool, which always had available chairs and was never overcrowded or loud (including into the evenings). We also never experienced excess noise from the neighborhood overnight and had no trouble sleeping. We would highly recommend this unit and would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Stayed Mar 6, 2024This is a nice location with great staff. The only negatives is that the thumping bass and music from neighboring establishments seemed to get louder and more annoying on the weekend. There was a photo of the roof top in the marketing materials that implied two loungers and an umbrella were there for relaxing (those items were not on our roof top while we were there which was disappointing). The great views from the roof top can be seen only while standing. They disappear behind the wall when you sit down. Very minor complaints. Everything else was great.

Stayed May 29, 2023This was the best experience we have ever had with a rental condo! The place was immaculately clean, the A/C was super cold, the staff was very helpful but not pushy, we felt safe, and the views were out-of-this-world! Playagal gave us a great recommendation for private transportation, Abdias took supreme care of us on the beach, and we were able to do it all from this fantastic location: swim in the ocean, swim in the infinity pool, have dinner on the beach, get massages on the beach, have drinks on the beach, take the ferry to Cozumel, go to Mayan ruins, swim in a cenote, go to Xcaret and Xplor and shop 5th Avenue (every day)! The condo was furnished with everything we needed and housekeeping kept it tidy. The Netflix and wi-fi worked, and the upper penthouse was soooo relaxing! The doorman gave us some great recommendations for finding elote, tacos, and other restaurants and Wal-Mart was only a few blocks away. (Make sure to bring your fabric bags!) The sargassum was cleaned off of the beach each morning and the vibe from INTI next door kept us hopping. The only downside was the heat and humidity - it was quite a shock for our family because when we left home, there was snow on our mountains :) All-in-all this was a fabulous experience!

Stayed Mar 25, 2023This place is a gem. As-advertised. Super clean, safe, and a spectacular view. Centrally located. As indicated in the listing, there is definitely music playing, oftentimes really loud, at the restaurant next door, pretty much from 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM or later. Was a little tricky finding the place, especially with our rental car, because you're required to drive down what's blocked off as pedestrian-only streets. All employees were super pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed Feb 8, 2023While the condo is nice and the staff are very helpful and friendly, the music was a huge negative for us. The listing states there could be music. What it doesn't say is the front door of the condo faces a 3 story open air beach club. The beach club pumps out heavy bass music NON STOP for 10 to 12 hrs straight every single day beginning before noon til midnight. It can be heard on the roof top deck, patio and inside the condo with doors closed, air and TV running. It vibrates the glass window in the door. Huge disappointment for us. The condo is good, but I wouldn't call the living room furniture luxury. It's nicely equipped. The 3rd bedroom bed is very hard, no one from our group wanted to sleep on it. The staff are all very nice. We used the airport transfer, Lino. He was great. We also used the tour recommendation of Jaime and he was wonderful. Views are nice, pool is nice. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Shame it is next to the beach club.
