The host was awesome we had to be there for our father who was passing away, and he went out of his way to help us.The place was clean, very nice and we loved the rear deck area and the view of the lake

Our trip was great! Host was easy to communicate with, property was clean and had what was needed. Beds were comfortable and it was a great spot for a family trip. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect to fill our time. View was great! Would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

We hiked the area parks so the location was perfect. One of our group did do a bit of fishing from the docks and caught a few fish but they were small and threw them back. The place was located right level with the parking so we didn’t have to go up but 2 steps to get in the condo unit.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Very relaxing, and a great view from the deck! We also had to cut our stay one day short and the owner made it seamless to get refunded back a day.

Felt very homie, it was clean. It was nice good view. I really recommend this place.

Very nice unit. Not a lot of seating for four adults. The furniture was different than in the original picture.

The host had several touches that were extra and appreciated. Snacks, fully stocked kitchen, bottles of water and ice left for us in the fridge. These things plus a nice view of the lake and the use of the pool made this comfortable condo a perfect place for our girls' weekend. Thank you!

Great place!

Same place we stayed last yr. Gd location, close to golf courses . Seal on 1st toilet is leaking.Otherwise nice rental with gd veiw of lake to accommodate 4 adults.

Great property, good view of the cove. Was overlooking the lake swimming area, could keep an eye on everyone. Condo was in excellent condition, clean as a pin with a lot of little “Easter Eggs” scattered around. Will book this property if we stay at Southwood Shores again.

This is our second time at Southwood Shores, but our first at this property. The condo is comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. Beautiful views from the deck, and great amenities. We look forward to staying again!

The check-in (meaning code for the gate) was wrong. A guy working on the facility walked up to tell us the code had changed. Outside of that, the condo was exactly what it was (no blue couch). The one that was there was super comfy.. If you want to hear the TV. Just know it's already maxed out. Cable ready. I didn't have to use wifi. Bring your Fire TV Stick if you have one. great vibes. They need a new book for people to add to their memories! It's hard to find at night. My friend doesn't drink, so I was trying to guide her to find our place. We're booking again for the end of the year! Definitely feels like home!

As always, we enjoy the lake of the Ozarks and I really enjoyed the condos. At Southwood Shores. I have always had good luck renting there. However, this time was a little different. The property manager was very difficult to communicate with the information to enter. The Condo was not given to me until last minute And then the day of departure. I woke up to no electricity in my bathroom and when I text him, it took him approximately two hours to get back to me telling me that I need to trip the outlet in the opposite bathroom which in my opinion if that’s something he knew was a problem. He should have that in the information book. All in all was a great trip. I definitely will not be renting from that property manager again.

House was very clean. Amazing view off the balcony. Super cute cozy house. I’ll definitely be back.!
