Reviewer Comments: This three level townhouse is in a good location - close to beach & village. It is a great retreat for guests since it has 2 bedrooms upstairs each with a bath, with a separate family room. (Upstairs TV was not connected during our stay, as requested.) The main floor has the Master bedroom with a small balcony, living room, dining area and kitchen. Garage area is quite large for storing cars, bikes, etc. Furnishings are comfortable with wonderful beds and linens. We always feel at home here and plan on visiting every winter as long as possible.

It had lots of space, and was well maintained and very clean. Great location on St. Simons Island. Both the owner and the property management company were a pleasure to work with. I would strongly recommend this property, and I look forward to staying here again myself.

Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Demere Moss was outstanding!This is our third year coming to SSI and this has been our best experience by far. Real Escapes and the town home owner had thought of every detail. The home is beautiful, and the description we read on VRBO did not hold a candle to our actual experience! The beds were so comfortable, the linens were high quality and abundant. The 2+ car garage was a great landing spot for all of our sandy beach gear. We had plenty of room for 2 cars, our trailer and golf cart and we still had room to spare. The location of the condo allowed the directional challenged people (me) get to the beach, village, and grocery without worry. My husband commented often that the town home was so comfortable that other than going to the beach...he had little desire to leave! I know the rest of the family felt the same. We hope to stay at Demere Moss for our next SSI stay!

I cannot think of anything I would change and nothing was lacking. It was my first time to SSI and hope that it won't be my last. A month was just not long enough. Everywhere I went, the people of SSI were so very friendly. Invariably, when someone heard my accent, they'd ask where y'all from? and a conversation would start. Great place to spend some time and unwind.
