Stayed Jun 12, 2025Lovely property very close to the beach. We walked in the condo and loved it. But then, roaches. Every night roaches came all out in the kitchen. I'd not give a second thought about staying there again if not for the roaches. I'm now worried we might be taking some home with us. Nonetheless, we did have an excellent little vacation. PS my daughter wants to make certain that I mention that the floors were filthy and made our feet black.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Overall we had a great visit to St. Simon’s Island. Our only real concern was the carpet in the condo, it desperately needed to be cleaned. There were a lot of stains in the bedrooms.

Stayed Sep 23, 2023The location was perfect. Our room was super quiet and very well appointed. We simply stepped off the elevator and the next door was our room. I felt completely safe taking my morning walk on Beach Blvd, beach or to the pier. We plan to book the condo again. We did need property management to take care of an issue that with the room, it was corrected promptly.

Stayed Mar 17, 2023The location was perfect and we enjoyed having a great view of the ocean even though rain kept us inside throughout the weekend. The interior is a little dated but overall it was comfortable and a nice stay.

Stayed Sep 23, 2022Property needs updating. The pictures look beautiful but the condo is scruffy and not that clean. Otherwise stay with friends was fantastic!
