Stayed Jun 3, 2022Very close to the beach and there were 3 beach chairs for use. The air conditioner was very good. Master bed was very comfy but the sleeper sofa was horrible. My 13 year old never complains but he did this time. Sleeping on the regular couch wasn’t much better. It’s dated but we didn’t go for the condo! We came for the beach and it’s very close. Overall, it was a very nice place!

Stayed Feb 24, 2022Door to condo close to rd. 25 ft and your in. Everything works fine. One block, 2 minute walk to Upham Beach. Great memories.

Stayed Mar 8, 2021Photograph's very inaccurate. The unit's quality is poor, very outdated, and in much need of a total rehab. All the furniture is old second hand and not in good repair. The sofa was the worst, using plywood to support the seating (very hard). I would never recommend this property.
