St Pete Beach Vacation | Balcony with Bay View

Very clean and well kept. Great for family’s, short walk across the road to the beach

well-maintained property and wonderful location across the street from the beach but also nice to have a patio and be on the bay. Property looks really nice, and unit was newly painted with nice breadspreads.

Solid area. Fan light was broke as we checked in and closet door was also flimsy but overall space was solid.

One of our favorite places to stay in St Pete Beach. Within walking distance to just about anything you need!

The property is nice. Everything was good but the knives in room 211 wouldn’t cut hot butter!!

They are so easy to work with and so helpful all the time. We will keep coming back! With regard to 211 - it was clean. The shower/tub in the master bath could maybe use a bit of an update. The furniture on the patio facing the pool needs updating - it is very hard to sit in the chairs as the cushions are very worn. The kitchen could use a few more things - tupperware type dishes specifically. The rest of the place is great. There were chairs to use at the beach and two soft coolers. There was an umbrella also (didn't use this). The location of the Sunrise is perfect. And, again we love it here and will keep coming back. Thank you all!

Everything went well. Pools was great. Walking distance to everything that you need! Would definitely go back!

Unit wasn’t well cleaned prior to arrival. Fans ceilings top of windows coated in old dust. Not what we are used to at Sunrise. As always Nancy in the office is outstanding. We will return to Sunrise in 2025 but not to 211

We are rental property owners in Michigan and understand and appreciate the challenges with short term rentals. 211 was clean and comfortable and so appreciated. The building and grounds including the pool area are well maintained and orderly. Our stay was definitely a positive experience. This includes the cleaning staff that arrived as scheduled as we were removing our luggage from the entry space. Thank you so much.

Condo was very clean and had well stocked kitchen that allowed us to bar b Que most evenings. Beds were all extremely comfortable. Outdoor cushions could be replaced for more comfort. Washer dryer worked great- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
