St. James property - close to local beach attractions

The property is close to beach walking distance about a block, half a mile from the pier and general store. Comfortable nook We felt safe even left car unlocked nothing was touched ,Queen bed was firm king bed was ok definitely different. Carpet was stained but didnt smell was fairly clean no bugs anywhere was a plus. The underneath of house where things where stored could have been more clean and organized. Kitchen fully equipped only thing i didnt see was a airfryer And crockpot or a mixer but had everything else lots of dishes from ceramic to plastic. Bathroom where big and lots of towels and wash clothes. Only one trash bag for 5 days . I usually take my own trash bags, paper towels and toliet paper anyways . Nice commercial washer and dryer. I took my own detergent. Overall Comfortable place nothing fancy or brand new but served its purpose.

Perfect for our needs/very clean/comfortable beds/great for pets! And brought our kayak perfect to launch off the deck. A very nice vacation indeed!

This home was welcoming and super cute! The kids had tons of games to play and blankets to make a fort with. They enjoyed jumping off the dock and floating in the canal. The beds were very comfortable. The dining room sat everyone, and we had more than enough dishes. The outdoor shower was a huge hit as it kept sand out, and it was a short walk to the beach access. We loved this cute home and would recommend.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed in this house.It is very clean,great location,nice dock on the waterway.Very short walk to the beach.We look forward to staying here again next year if at all possible

Perfect location, house was clean and comfortable and the best part is being able to bring your fur babies!

Our stay was very enjoyable overall. The condo is spacious and well-suited for groups, with the added convenience of each bedroom having its own private bathroom. The only drawback we encountered was that the oven did not heat properly, which made dinner preparation a bit challenging. We hope this issue will be resolved by the property management team for the benefit of future guests.

We loved the convenience and price of the home. Perfect getaway for what we wanted most…to spend time on the beach!!

We had a great stay at Lighthouse Cove. We spent most of our time on the back deck (covered) and the backyard and dock. It was a short walk to the public beach access. It fully met our expectations.

4 minute walk to beach access! Sits on the canal nestled between permanent residents and other rentals. Very polite neighborhood with terrific evening atmosphere. You can hear the ocean waves crashing while sitting on the comfortable, well covered deck. A gate on the deck allows your pet to enjoy some freedom outside the home. This property is best for little dogs or elderly dogs. The surrounding properties have fenced in yards, and they are utilized by bigger dogs. Washer/dryer access is such a plus. I didn't think I would use (or even WANT to use), but being able to launder the towels just to lessen the mess was great (the property has some complimentary detergeant pods, I used those for their towels and saved my detergeant for our belongings). Be sure to bring softener though, the provided towels are NOT soft. Really loved being on the canal, if you're not going for ocean front this is the way to go. So Glad I didn't book the home that was just land locked. (You can swim in the canal too! We didn't. Didn't have any floatables or swim shoes. It'd been awesome if the property had a few floatables for this, as we didn't even think about it. Not their fault, but we would have given it a go if it had been just that simple!)

We had a wonderful time at this home!!! The house is well kept. A beautiful view of the waterway and the fishing was great. Family friendly for sure. A quick walk to the beach. Such a friendly place. We plan to go again!!

We enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. We were looking forward to being able to grill out but there is no grill to use.

Loved not having to pay extra for my 2 dogs. Easy walk to the beach.
