Saint Augustine Beach Condo! Spring Availability!

We had a great time at Megan condo. The condo was very clean and super close to the beach. The directions on how to access the unit were easy to follow which was greatly appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Megan!

Our stay at Megan’s was outstanding. We felt so safe in the gated community, and the access to pool(s), beach, grill, etc. was SO awesome for our young child. We made the absolute most out of our stay: enjoying meals, games, and relaxing at the condo, and driving to Old St. Augustine, some excellent bakeries and coffee shops, and plenty of attractions all within 20 miles. The condo was clean, spacious, had everything we needed, and whether we enjoyed the AC or the breeze from the balcony, stayed perfectly cool and comfy. Megan was very easy to contact, though it was only for recos and check-ins — we wanted for nothing during our stay. Our only regret is not staying LONGER! We will certainly be hoping to book this space again.

Perfect location to enjoy the beach and all the great places to eat in St Augustine. We liked that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the historic district yet close enough to be convenient when we did want to visit that part of the city.

We had a family reunion this weekend. So I got to see several units in other buildings where my family stayed. Our unit was the nicest and cleanest one. It smelled great every time we came in. I loved having 2 twin beds since I have a son and daughter who didnt want to share a queen bed. It had games, sand toys, grilling items. The grill area next to building I was perfect for our family to meet and grill. I was so happy our building had an elevator, which some buildings didn't. I would definitely stay here again and will want to book this unit again. Owner was reaponsive as well.

Great location and condo was clean and up to date!! We had a fantastic time! The only con would be the bath/hand towels need refreshed since they were a bit old and dingy. The primary pillows were also flat and old and the bed was very uncomfortable. Overall though we had a great stay!

We enjoyed the location, easy beach access and close enough to everything we had planned. Had everything we needed as well. One note: beds not super comfortable, especially the twin beds. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for two adults and two teens. The location was ideal—easy access to the beach and pools, and downtown St. Augustine was just a short, straight drive away. The check-in process was seamless, which made for a smooth start to our trip.The condo felt very safe, and we were comfortable letting the teens explore the area on their own. It was so convenient to have a beach cart, cooler, and beach chairs provided—made our beach days super easy and enjoyable.There were great local gems nearby, too—a terrific coffee shop directly across the street was a huge bonus for me, and a stylish designer thrift shop within walking distance added a fun surprise to our stay.Whether we were heading out to explore the city or just relaxing, this was the perfect home base. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and fun getaway

Our family of 5 had the most amazing stay in Saint Augustine. Communication was fabulous, easy check in, perfect location, and everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach. We hope to visit again soon. :)

Wife and I had a wonderful five week stay at this condo. Large spacious rooms extremely clean. Close enough to the beach to carry chairs or pull a wagon with your lunch and umbrellas. Also driving access just north one block and exit one block past condo south. Super easy if you want to take your four-wheel-drive on the beach. Condo was beautifully appointed with everything we would want. They even supplied beach chairs and wagon. Beautiful semi private backyard second floor balcony. Would absolutely stay again. The manager and owner could not have been more responsive to any request that we had. There is a Winn-Dixie grocery store just a few blocks away. We've even walked there a few times/15 minute walk. A new Publix is being built same distance away also. So if you'd like to cook as we do, you'll have no trouble having variety to choose from. Book this condo and rest assured you'll be well taken care of.

The place was gorgeous, very comfortable and cozy, and close to the nights of lights. I would highly recommend staying here. We would come back and stay here again next year. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Our family of 3 stayed here for a business trip that was in downtown St. Augustine. The condo was clean and comfortable, with a nice pool and easy access to the beach. We would stay here again.
