Sailor’s Cove is a self-catering accommodation for the budget minded family/friends looking for a cozy nest to stay in the heart of Destin. We allow up to 2 dogs at NO CHARGE (NO puppies/cats or >60 lbs) and NO cleaning fee. The condo is on the 2nd floor, conveniently located across the street from the beach, next to Big Kahuna’s Waterpark and The Track Park. Our complex offers 3 pools, with one being heated during the winter.

Stayed Mar 22, 2026Jeff was very nice and helped in anything I needed be it directions or getting something we were looking for. Condo was very pet friendly and the pet park was so nice. Grandkids loved the pools and made friends with other tenants. We would most definitely rent from Jeff again.

Stayed Nov 27, 2025Just as advertised. Very easy process because communication with the host is excellent. Pet friendly, but keep in mind it is on the second floor. There is a very nice dog park right across the parking lot and it has recently been updated. Place was clean everything was organized and very welcoming. I highly recommend

Stayed Nov 22, 2025This was a perfect place for our family to gather together. The host is very helpful and the place is very good. We especially enjoyed the facilities located on the property. The dog park, the tennis courts and the three pools, one of them heated so well it was like a hot tub. The lake and pavilions were gorgeous. The property is very convenient to everything in Destin. A

Stayed Oct 5, 2025Excellent stay for a family on a budget. Enough room for all of us. Teens liked jumping in the pool and feeding the turtles. Henderson state beach was best beach in the area. We ended up getting a pass each day (6 per day) and then going back and fortth as needed.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024We really enjoy our stay at this property, you got all you need, it's close to the beach (it's like 8 minutes away in car to the public parking). We had stores and restaurants close to us!!! The condo was clean and the owner is very nice person, easy to reach out. We definitely will be back!!!
