Saida Royale 142/143 - Premier Location with Breathtaking Ocean Views. The Only Thing Missing is You!

I had a problem with a remote and the front desk would not help in any way. Maybe some instructions on the counter for who to call if there is a problem.

Excellent location and a very friendly-helpful staff. Easy parking too.

Room was clean and as advertised!

We loved the view it was very nice. The room was clean except some casserole dishes and a mixing bowl. The couch is very worn and uncomfortable. We would recommend you and we would stay again. Thank youTiffany

The location was wonderful.

Check in process was a nightmare. They couldn’t find our reservation. Sent us to a different property. Has to call the number and put front desk clerk on line. Was getting concerned that we wouldn’t have a place to stay. View was awesome and the launch of space x a plus. Didnt realize we would be able to see it from our balcony. Kitchen was great and bedrooms were nice

Overall the experience was great! Only complaint would be the fact floor were so sandy and no vacuum for us to clean them. Also a mop and bucket would be nice along with vacuum so we can clean up with any small mess we may have made. We swept and did all laundry daily. Would definitely return just suggestions on what I would do if it was my place. Again thank you for a fun family vacation in your beautiful neck of the woods .

Beach view, multiple pools, very clean.

Very easy check in and check out. The room was super comfortable and homey and has great views! We loved all of the details, as well as the amenities included! Would definitely rebook this condo!!

We thought the condo was nicely furnished, the beds and linens were also nice. The kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed worked fine. Now for the not so nice - the bathrooms had not been cleaned or sanitized, with the primary one full of hair. We called but were told no one could come till the next day. Not a great start to our stay. The balcony was really small with too much furniture. Not one of the best VRBO rentals but we still had a great time.

The resort was nice, the parking was horrible but we went during midsummer when everyone normally goes. The apt smelled moldy but what can you say, its super humid out there!!!

We had a wonderful time. Everythung was clean and organized. The staff was very friendly. Easy check in and easy checkout.

We stayed here June 16-20th. When we showed up to the property we noticed instantly how poorly our room was cleaned. There was food smeared on a wall in one of the rooms. There was blood on the toilet seat. They swept but only in the open areas. It was clear they did not mop. There was tons of dirty spots on the floor. We called customer service. They said the cleaning crew was off for the and they they’d try to find a room to accommodate our group size (there was 7 of us) until the could come back in the morning. They couldn’t find anything so they offered a refund for a night. We agreed that would be fine. The next morning the cleaner came back and all she did was wipe the wall down and one spot on the floor. We called and asked for a manager to come in with the cleaning crew so we could show them what the missed. No one ever showed up. We felt like we were stuck there because we were with another family. I also didn’t want to run the risk of being told they would refund us and spending more money on a place to stay and then not getting my refund. I’m glad i listened to that feeling because getting them to refund us on the one night has been a nightmare. Every time we’ve called and want to speak to a manger he’s gone, he’s at lunch, he’s any where but in the office doing his job. The main reason i picked this room is because it had a 10/10 on the reviews for cleanliness. The customer service has been ridiculous.

The condo had a great beachy vibe and was well appointed with necessary kitchen cookware (including metric measuring). We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning and slept comfortably each night. It was the perfect amount of space for 4 of us to spread out. Especially appreciate the additional excursions sent for us to consider, since we didn't know the area. Check in and out instructions were clear and easy. Many thanks for a memorable trip!

This is a great property! We had a great time! Very clean, pics are exactly what u get. We would definitely recommend this condo. We always stay at a saida property but never this condo. It is the nicest one we have had in 9 years. (They were all great not taking bad this was just the best one so far) very secure safe property with plenty to do rite there on the grounds. We enjoyed the stay. The condo was in good condition, much better than others in the building with good upgrades.

This is my second stay in the Saida Royale complex and first time in this unit. The complex is older, like many in S. Padre but we really like it. Three pools, hot tubs, tiki hut, pickleball court and all on the beach! Lots of restaurants close by.The unit is great as the 2 bdrm/2 bath gives my friend and I our own spaces. The kitchen is well stocked and the place was very clean. The difference from this visit vs my last is this time I needed to check in w/ the property management company. It all went smooth just something to be aware of as it’s not on the property. Read the information that you receive because we also realize they didn’t provide any beach towels which the other unit I rented did so we made sure to bring some with us one nice thing that they did provide was some beach chairs which we did use.All in all the place worked out really great for our needs and we will definitely go back!

Great property, perfect view of starbase. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. Will stay again!

The views from the balcony are amazing! The bed was very comfy. Everything was wonderful! My husband and I had a nice relaxing vacation. The condo has everything you need and the rental company was great! They made check in really easy and everyone was really nice. Will definitely come back!

Had an amazing time. The condo was amazing and beautiful, by far the most kitchen and bedding available from most other rentals I have stayed in. The easiest by far check out/clean up process . Will definitely stay there again. Wish the towel exchange would have been on property but other then that 5STARS
