Located in the Saida Tower IV this beautiful, recently updated condo has two bedrooms: the master which has a king bed and the additional bedroom which has two queen beds, sleeps 6. Oceanfront balcony, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Seventh floor with direct views of the resort, the Gulf of Mexico and a super-duper view of SpaceX. This two bedroom is one of the nicest units in Saida Resort and is a perfect option for families. Beautiful private oceanfront balcony with spectacular views! Great choice for your family vacation. We provide all linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, coffee K-cups, paper towels, toilet paper, dish cleaning soaps and new sponge. The kitchen is equipped with just about anything you need, pots and pans, blender, baking items, spice rack, all dishes and more. Direct beach access and restaurants and shops a few short steps away. No pets.

IMPORTANT: Upon booking our property, you will receive a request to complete and sign our rental agreement. The principal booker must provide specific information required by our Safely insurance. Please note that a light background check will be conducted by Safely on behalf of our beach real estate investment.

You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

VAYK GEAR is a premier BEACH Equipment Rental Company offering top-of-the-line gear for your perfect beach day. You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

Please know that this resort will charge for wristbands for anyone between ages of 10 and 32 during the month of March/April to control access to the property during Spring Break and Holy Week. They cost $25 each and will be charged at the entrance by security.

The owners of Saida IV #708 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ We do not accept pets in our property. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the ground floor or parking lot of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

8. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

10. The guard at the entrance of the resort will charge $25/pp plus tax, ages 10-32, for the use of wristbands during the month of March Spring Break and Holy Week.

Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

Subletting not allowed.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.

The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

    The condo was clean and was recently renovated. Beds were comfy and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. The view was great, we loved the balcony. There is no laundry IN unit or even on the same floor. The amenities stated laundry available and we assumed that meant in unit. We would not have booked this unit if we’d known it was on a completely different floor. The last thing we want to do is go babysit laundry after a long day on the beach with 3 kids.

    The condo was very clean and you could tell it was recently renovated. There was a keurig and also a regular drip coffee maker in a cabinet. Beds were comfortable and the view was gorgeous. Walk to the beach was pretty easy, wear sandals on the sand it gets really hot. The cons: when we booked the listing stated laundry available. We did not clarify, but assumed that meant in the unit. There was no laundry in the unit, it was on another floor. We only had just enough towels and washcloths for 1 per person and like 1 extra, which meant we were either doing laundry in a unit every day, buy washcloths at a store, or reuse for several days. We did request more, but were told no. With 3 kids and spending entire days on the beach, not having easy access to a washer and dryer at least on the same floor, was very inconvenient. If it had a washer and dryer in unit, we would definitely book again, but will not book this specific unit again because it doesn’t.

    The room was decorated so cute and really clean! The most impressive part was how wonderful the communication was. They made it very clear we could ask them for whatever we needed and they answered so quickly. We would love to stay here again!

    The location was amazing! Easy to check in and out. Place was clean and neat. Easy access to the pool and beach. Very easy to communicate with owners as well. Overall I would book this place again! 100% recommend

    This unit shows wear but has some updates. Mattresses were very soft and mattress covers stained and should be replaced. Well stocked kitchen, nice towels and beach towels. Great beach chairs and some beach toys. Grounds and pools well kept but resort buildings look dated. Unit doors and windows looked shabby. Laundry was expensive and machines didn’t work well. Driers didn’t work at all. Some good restaurants nearby. Free shuttle service around the island was excellent. A few more updates to this unit and the resort itself will make it a 5 star vacation option. South Padre Island is great. Will go back
