Natural light warms the living and dining rooms, a great space for the whole party to spend time together comfortably. Continue to enjoy the views of the ocean through floor to ceiling windows while lounging comfortably in an armchair or on the cushy couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper. The roomy guest bedroom has two queen size beds, to ensure a restful night of sleep. Offers storage for belongings in the 3-drawer dresser and closet. Guests staying in this room will enjoy having a mounted flat screen TV. The washer and dryer are tucked away behind a door in the corner. Freshen up in the guest bathroom, features a sleek granite vanity and a beautiful tiled tub/shower combo, great for taking a hot bubble bath at the end of a fabulous day to soak your tired muscles.

The Saida Condominium Community offers a variety of amenities to enhance your relaxing getaway. Take a stroll around the spacious courtyard adorned in exotic foliage to enhance your tropical escape. Stop by the activity center (seasonal) to rent equipment for a thrilling game of tennis, four courts available, or a competitive game of shuffleboard. Take a dip in one of three dazzling beachfront swimming pools (one heated in the winter). Quench your thirst with a refreshing cool drink from one of two seasonal poolside snack bars. Kid friendly snacks are also available. Lounge chairs surround each sparkling pool to assist in attaining a sun kissed glow while you lie back and listen to the relaxing ocean waves dancing back and forth along the shoreline. Locals love Manual's (cash only & closed on Monday) or Cafe Isabel for breakfast and Marcello's, Pirate's Landing or Dirty Al's for lunch or dinner. Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

    Rooms were very clean. People upstairs were very noisy, moving furniture at 1:00AM couldnt sleep. Otherwise stay was good also another party going on patio playing music loud at 12:00 midnite..

    Everything was good. We never did get the TV working despite having the company come and look at it. They said they would be back but never showed. The couch could use a good steam cleaning. All good!

    I recently stayed for 4 nights with family and we had a blast, this place has three pools and a bar and it’s right on the beach. The condo is very big and roomy, definitely big enough for my family and I love the huge vanity his and hers mirrors and sinks in the master bath. I also very much enjoyed the balcony as we can catch the sunrise from it. Definitely plan on returning in the future.

    I know repairs need to be done, but a warning in the elevator about a water shut off, should be post well in advance. Also there was construction above us. The last day of our stay the noise was so loud I had to wear ear plugs. My husband called the vacasa office on the island complaining about this issue and the said they would call him back, but have never called or emailed us back. We will never stay at Saudi Towers again.

    We arrived on Friday and all was well. Sunday when power and water failed the management team was non responsive and had no options or solutions. When we finally realized this was along term problem we informed them we were leaving and all they wanted to do was check us out. We ask for a partial refund they said they would talk to their manager. When I ask for the managers name and number they refused to give us any information and said they would have him call us. 3 days and have still not heard from them.
