Stayed Apr 20, 2025The price was very good, could use more toilet paper and beach towels, the lady that rents chairs on the beach did not show up some days. The water on the pools was not warm as I would like. Certainly plan to come back in august.

Stayed Jan 22, 2026Actually, this condo needs a lot of remodeling. Some pieces of furniture was terrible. Drawers falling apart. Especially in the 2nd bedroom. The tub in the master bedroom is a lawsuit to happen, tub was so slippery my husband almost slipped. I asked for a rubbermat or a small chair, couldn't provide one. So we used the shower. For the money we paid. We expected more. Because of the 5 stars only because my brother, who has terminal cancer was able to stay a few days with us. Purpose of the trip.

Stayed Sep 15, 2025The room needs repairs on balcony door for security, broken towel rack in Master Room along with no Hot Water in Master shower. Provided supplies(coffee, sugar & filters) only enough for 2 days. Misleading as to where to get add'l supplies(Not on Property, but 2 miles North on SPI Welcome office)Location and layout of unit was Great.

Stayed Aug 24, 2025One of the hot tubs at the property was not operational. The condo itself was clean; however the living room furniture desperately needs an upgrade. The unit had an issue with sewer gas coming out of the toilets, but was overall clean and well apportioned The property manager was kind enough to move us to a different unit in light of the sewer gas issue.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Enjoy the area and the complex. The condo below us was always up late playing loud music and yelling. I wish security would have talked to them. It was always a different condo having to tell them to quiet down. Love the tiki bar and multiple pools. Spacious balcony. Overall nice place. Just got unlucky with condo below us. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Stayed May 18, 2025Very clean, great location! Previous rooms we stayed at Siada had ziplock bags, paper plates and utensils this place doesn’t have any so purchase before you go.

Stayed Dec 31, 2024Nice and clean, bright. Management staff was very professional. A very safe environment. The condo itself could use updating - windows facing the Gulf side need to be replaced as moisture inside the windows and balcony door you can’t see out. Furniture inside could be updated. We did enjoy our stay.
