Saida III 1105 (3115) - Coastal 2 bedroom Condo for 6 guests in Beachfront Resort with 3 pools and amazing View

As listed, clean well equipped and beautiful. The beach view was terrific. We spent many hours on the balcony. Pools and spas are conveniently located and beach access is on site.

The room had everything we could need. It was clean and comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Saida III. The unit was very clean, and the coastal decor provided a comfortable setting for our stay. The view from the balcony was a highlight of the experience. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo! Clean and spacious with a large balcony with great views of the beach and sunrises over the Gulf.

The room and view was amazing. The only thing was that the fire alarms had no covers. Wires were exposed.

The property was very nice and as described in the listing. We had a very nice time. The condo was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed for a great week.

This is definitely my favorite unit at this Condo. We have been to the Saidas 4 times now and we love it (2nd time at this unit) Being on the 11th floor and at the towers 3 means you get a view of the sunrise and sunset! The unit is decorated tastefully and has what you need. Beds are comfortable and having fans in all the rooms is so nice. Also HUGE bonus they have a water filtration system in the kitchen. Water is terrible otherwise so the water filtration was a very happy surprise. Had some beach toys, canopy and chairs on the balcony to use for the beach. Also large cooler with wheels. We will definitely be back again!On a side note, the guy coming to see if we were checking out soon at 9:30 am banging on the door was annoying. We know check out time is at 11:00. It's our vacation, let's us be!

Checked all the boxes! Will plan a stay here again in the future

Nice location, beautiful home.The only issue was only one of the elevators was working during our week long stay. But the working one was quick enough.

This was our first time staying at this property after many visits to South Padre. The views did not disappoint! While the building is old, the condo itself has been remodeled and was very comfortable. We’ll definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful visit during our time in SPI. We had a couple of very minor issues which were taken care of very quickly. The condo was perfect for our family of four and we will certainly return again soon!!!

We couldn’t have chosen a better property for location! It was so close to the beach and the pools were awesome! I loved having 2 queens in the main bedroom and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. I would highly recommend this property!

Great location but unit not very clean

Our family of 4 spent a week here in October. The location is great! It’s right on the beach, and the grounds had 3 pools that were never busy. The unit itself has an array of beach gear (toys, chairs, umbrella, etc). The balcony faces the water straight on and has amazing sunrises. The only negative thing I have to say about the property was the cleanliness of the unit. Upon arrival you walk straight into the kitchen. Right away I noticed crumbs/dirt on the cabinet drawers. Also all of the seating areas in the unit are cloth and are stained. One bathroom had a strong stench of urine. I believe all of these could be corrected with a proper cleaning so it’s possible it’s corrected by the next person’s stay. Check in process was very easy. It is offsite, however not too far from the unit. The representative was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Checkout was a breeze.

This property was in a fabulous location. The condo is clean, towels/toiletries provided, and the view is INCREDIBLE. Loved the full kitchen!

The condo looked just as it appeared online and location worked well walking out onto beach with direct access. Our family was disappointed the pools were very warm and did not spend time there.

The property is what you see on the site. This unit is a 10 in my book. I will stay here again next year. I would recommend it if you are looking for a nice place to stay with a amazing view!!!

This trip was definitely one we won’t soon forget! Our condo was gorgeous with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Other than the elevator being down for almost a full day (we were on the 11th floor), our stay was very enjoyable and pleasant. My family can’t wait to go back!

We loved our time at South Padre. This condo left a little bit to be desired, but we still had a fantastic time. The master bedroom is converted to a multi-bed set up, which may work better for some. We also had a few maintenance issues that we discovered on arrival. That being said, the family had a great time.

Quick trip beautiful place wish we could have stayed longer!
