WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
- The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
- Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
- Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
- Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
- The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
- The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

    The condo was clean and perfect for my family. The balcony was exceptionally clean and a perfect view of the beach. Don’t have to walk far to the beach access and the umbrella rental is convenient. We experienced problems with the door lock. We were lucky that my teen stayed behind to let us in our first hour there. We made a grocery run and couldn’t get back in. Called the office and maintenance did arrive pretty quickly. They changed out the bolt but the keypad didn’t work. They came back with deadbolt keys and the keys didn’t work. At that time the maintenance person got the keypad working. We left for the evening and came back to no keypad. It was removed. The door to our condo was left unlocked and the keys were on the counter. They called us and we missed the calls. Why would you do that? We were lucky that our property was still there.

    Great location and beautiful views directly from the balcony. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very quick and easy access to the beach, which was definitely the highlight. The unit was clean and spacious and had all the amenities needed. We very much enjoyed our stay!

    Fantastic two bedroom condo with an amazing view of a great beach. Sand was clean and water was relatively clear for the gulf. Overall my family enjoyed our stay. Tennis courts, pools, and grounds of the resort were very-well maintained. Nothing the owners can do about it but just know that every pool at Saida has at least one person blaring music (95% tejano/spanish) most of the time. Depending on your perspective, it either adds a good party vibe or distracts from a relaxing environment. Definitely didn't affect our fun but it's a thing. We'll be back!

    We had two adults and two kids under eight. We had an amazing experience in this condo. It’s become our new favorite and we hope to be able to stay here the next time we make the trek back to SPI. We loved the amenities of the complex and the few steps to the beach. The unit itself was well stocked as we cooked and ate most of our meals there for convenience. The grounds keepers were so friendly and kind they were great about acknowledging especially my kids if our paths crossed. I will warn you, there are stickers in the grass and along the edges of the sidewalks.

    Housekeeping could have been better. Found dirty dinnerware with the Clean! Long dark hair on shower walls. Someone kept playing loud music around 2am! Happened twice during our stay. The complex is close to the beach , great views . Big comfortable balcony . Would have been perfect score except for the house keeping stuff.

    This is our 2nd time staying in a Saida Vrbo. Great location, easy process, amazing views and access to the beach. Will definitely be back!
