Big, 1st floor apartment in the Grand Apartment Complex on trendy Melbourne St. Surrounded by a beautiful mix of modern & classic cafes, pubs, restaurants & other residential homes in a super convenient location. There’s lovely leafy streets to explore nearby, with big ovals & public recreational areas including BBQ facilities, playgrounds & the picturesque Torrens River. You can even walk all the way into the city if you like(about 30min walk).

You can be confident of a straight forward, relaxing time in Adelaide if you stay here. We've put a lot of time, thought and effort into preparing the property for you.

A guest information guide book is in the apartment for your reference. Relevant instructions for appliances are available at the point of use (where required). More information and details such as check in instructions with photos will be available 3 days prior to your arrival. North Adelaide is on the city fringe. It is leafy with plenty of stroll-worthy streets to explore. It has a lovely mixture of modern buildings set amongst heritage homes. Melbourne Street and O'Connell Street are the main activity areas of North Adelaide with plenty of cafes, pubs, specialty shops and coffee places within walking distance. On Melbourne St there is a wide range of quality foods from different cultures to sample during your stay (Chinese, Himalayan, Italian, Vietnamese, Mexican, Japanese, Thai, just to name a few) and if you are a dessert person, you are in luck as there are not 1, but 2 mouth-watering specialist dessert places to indulge in nearby: St Louis and Chocolatree - both within walking distance so you can walk off the calories after and enjoy it guilt-free.

You’ll have exclusive access to the whole apartment for total comfort and privacy (apart from the locked cleaner’s cupboard).

This apartment complex is safe and secure behind automatically locked gates. There’s security cameras operating and recording images and sound 24/7 in the communal areas of the complex that’s monitored by a third party security company.

1 complimentary, on-site undercover car parking space included with every booking. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 2.3m.

1 extra car parking space (onsite but not undercover) can be organised for a flat daily fee of $30. Maximum Clearance height for this parking space is 2.6m. Hire fee does not include an extra swipe card for the complex. An extra swipe card can be arranged for an extra fee if required. Please enquire for further details.

All parking spaces in the complex are assigned. Please only use your designated parking space. Your vehicle will be towed at your own expense if you park in someone else's spot.

There’s extra free, timed parking spots in nearby streets. Please ensure you have adequate insurance and be sure to follow any and all parking signs, as all parking is at your own risk.

This apartment is only a short 5 minute drive from Adelaide city and 20 minute drive from Adelaide Airport.

    The two bedroom apartment was inviting because of lots of light and roomy, excellent location and Linda was a reliable and attentive host. Even though on a busy street it was perfectly quiet inside.

    Great location, great secure parking and property was clean and tidy. Only downside was the nose that was heard with any use of running water, this was pretty loud and with a child we were restricted to only using the water throughout the day or in short increments due to the noise waking up my child. Also the noise from the above apartments could be heard quite clear, with several nights of being kept awake from hearing them walking around and flushing their toilet as their pipe work could be hear from the apartment to… this was obviously out of anyone’s control but did contribute to not enjoying our stay during the night’s as much as we’d hoped.

    Stayed at this property due to the proximity to the Adelaide oval. Location was perfect. Just outside the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk. Very easy check in/check out process and property manager was very accommodating in making sure we had everything we needed.

    This property was perfect for our young family. We stayed post surgery at the WCH. It was walking distance to the hospital chemist, playgrounds, zoo and a convenience store. The apartment had everything we needed. Linda was great at accommodating us when we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay, We couldn't have been more greatful for her kind hospitality.
