SA7 Family-Friendly Condo: Waterfront-Complex, Pool, Walk to the Beach, Fishing

It’s a nice place to stay!

There was food left in the oven and the paint is chipping but other than that it was a solid place

We enjoyed it a lot I gave it 3 stars in listing because it is not actually waterfront the water is around the next set of condos it's .still close to the water though . I did speak with the manager about the confusion and was told the 1 bedrooms are the water facing ones just so you make sure you know what your getting.Pool was right outside the door that was nice! The manager was great couldn't ask for better communication. the dock was great for fishing and right around the corner. The other thing that is not in the control of the property is there's a place butted right up to this condo called Brewster Street ice house. Live loud entertainment nightly and the customers parked everywhere on the street and in the condo lot taking renters spaces. They did put up signs to help the second night we were there but if you like that type of thing it's convenient for that.the condo itself had all the things you could ask for or need , nice comfy furniture and very homey. we would definitely stay there again in the future .

Great location. The pool, dock, and washer/dryer were great amenities. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed our stsy.

Great location, convenient, clean. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come stay again. Our son had a great time fishing off the back pier and the beach is walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a business trip, so we didn’t get to enjoy many amenities. We did walk the breach and enjoy the back deck. Bruster’s is next door and that was fun to go and relax.

The location was great. The condo community had a private fishing pier, and it was within walking distance to Whitecap Beach. The condo was well-stocked, and we appreciated the blackout curtains.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Also, we were able to check-in earlier than the expected time and it worked out great for us. The host also was very informative in his emails and texts. Thank you for hosting my family and I.

Yes, our host was very welcoming, respectful and responded to all questions I had prior to our stay. The rooms were very clean and our fishing was great. Overall we will book this room again

Easy location and check-in process.

Owners were great, worked hard to correct a plumbing problem and put us in temporary housing while being fixed. Really enjoyed the location and dock out back gave a great view of the sunset.

We stayed here on Labor day weekend and couldn't be happier. Great location, very clean, walking distance to the beach. The dock out back is a peaceful fishing spot. Hosts were very responsive and pleasant. Would definitely stay again.
