The home was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We loved all the windows and felt like we were staying in a treehouse! The home was clean and well cared for. We appreciated the seasonal soaps, lotions, and decorations. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in was easy. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Great location and very nice condo! It was so nice to be able to vacation with longtime friends and not have to stay in two hotel rooms. This place was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and clean. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone staying in Durango. Lots to see and do in the area.

Great home

Exactly as advertised. Everything works well in the kitchen, plenty of hot water. Little things like plenty of hand soap and lotions at sinks are appreciated, along with shampoo, conditioner, body soap in baths. Well appointed rooms, love the back-lighted picture in living room that respond to motion. Responsive owner quickly answered question. Plenty of parking. We would stay here again.

Nice layout of the apartment. Good beds, pillows, toiletries, refrigerator partially stocked, coffee/tea. Overall very clean except for a couple dishes and pieces of silverware that had been put away dirty. 17 steps to get to the apartment. (Info not included in VRBO description.) Room air conditioner for living/dining and kitchen area not adequate to cool the whole area. One hair dryer which didn’t work. Pool could not be used. Landlord offered a reduction in our rent to compensate, which we appreciated. Landlord was responsive and kind.

Everything about the condo was accurate as listed. Quiet complex. Communication with owner was smooth. Just wish we had a longer stay.

Great location! Convenient to downtown and highways. I’d rate it a “5”—-but there were groceries in the fridge (from the people who stayed there before?).

Unit is in a complex that may have been built in 1970’s. Unit is dark with little light available thru windows due to trees or juxtaposition of neighboring units steps and walkways. Location was convenient. A few items have been updated in unit. Host contact was very available and helpful. TV instructions could be improved but if not just use only the FirestickCleanliness of showers, windows could be improved. Overall a rating of Adequate for our needs

The unit was clean and nicely decorated, and contained everything we needed for our brief stay. I appreciated the labels on all the light switches, and the fresh flowers. This was our first stay in this unit, but third stay in the complex. This unit was much more accessible than the others, only about 15 stairs from the parking lot to the front door. Once inside, the only steps were a couple down to the sunken family room. So, if you like the complex but are averse to stairs, this is a good choice.

We did the tourist thing in the Durango area and enjoyed this condo with plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed the hot tub each evening.

Was a very nice condo and very clean. Lots of amenities and the jacuzzi was used frequently. Enjoyed that the Durango city bus stop was right out front and was a very short ride to and from city central and bus fares were less expensive then parking. Would stay again.

Great house for our family of 11 for a wedding in South Lake Tahoe. Roomy, comfy beds a pool table and a hot tub .

The location was ideal for getting around Durango. The condo suited our needs as we had two couples traveling together. The pool and hottub were a nice bonus feature.

This was the perfect place to stay after a day enjoying Durango, and before flying out the next morning. The pool after a long day was a hit with the kids.

Very satisfied with this rental. Exactly as described. Short drive from the historic district of Durango. Very clean and homey! Would stay here again if in the area.

Easy access to downtown, parks and tour companies. Lots of space to spread out. Parts of the condo had been updated but other parts really needed some attention. No kleenex was available, towels were worn, and there wasn’t much silverware. But the space worked for our needs and the price was reasonable.

We were very comfortable here. Quiet condo in a quiet area, which surprised us with the college near by. It was our first time staying at a VRBO, and it won’t be our last time.
