    Very acceptable accommodation in a superb location; Fashion Square is just across the street. The property was quiet and offered all amenities, however it does have only 1&1/2 bathrooms. Price was reasonable also. We were glad and pleasantly surprised to have found this place.

    Our overall stay was good. We had a little hiccup initially. We were notified upon our arrival that their was an issue with the air-conditioner in our unit and they would need to move us to another unit until this problem was taken care of. We appreciated the owner notifying us in advance and making arrangements for us to stay in a different unit just around the corner, which was very comparable. We were able to move back to our original unit after two nights. Because of our inconvenience in not having our original unit for the first two nights, the owner and host company gave us a small refund for our trouble, which we appreciated.As far as the unit we spent our last 6 nights in, the unit was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The host continually communicated with us to make sure everything was going well and made sure we had what we needed. The location is great and an easy walk to Old Town and the Fashion Mall. We had all the necessary things in the unit that we needed.Thanks to Ric for making our stay enjoyable.

    The apartment itself was a little dated, but everything else was great. The host was very communicative and you cannot beat the location. We could walk to lots of shopping and restaurants and Camelback Mountain was less than a mile away.

    Spacious and updated decor. Challenged to need 3 apps for this VRBO stay, especially relating to the laundry. Walkable adventures and close to hiking. Enjoyed the pool but no hottub.1 wine glass gotten broken. Sorry. Very well equipped kitchen.

    We had a wonderful long weekend and settled in nicely. The host communicated clearly and kept in touch to see if we needed anything during our stay. The Keurig coffee maker(with pods supplied) was a life saver since we arrived late in the evening and couldn't get to the store. We were delighted to have coffee ready to go in the morning. ? The kitchen was well equipped to meet our cooking needs. Great location too-within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

    This was our first time to Scottsdale and loved it. The condo is very close to Old Town and we were able to walk downtown. The pool was nice and warm and the condo itself was spotless!
