It’s close enough to walk down to Duvall Street and all the way to Mallory Square, but far enough away that it is quiet. The sitting space and kitchen are lovely, and we enjoyed an hour by the pool in the courtyard. Parking was easy to find, and we enjoyed leaving the car behind and being able to walk everywhere we would definitely stay here again!

If you would have a hard time with this it might not be the property for you to stay at. The location, the staff(exceptional), accommodations, having more than enough k cups for coffee for our stsy( such a wonderful bonus), so very nice and clean. We would go back knowing that you can hear your neighbors and hoping it would be a decent experience with them. Truly if you are in Key West you really are not in your room much you are out exploring the beauty of the island.

This suite worked out really well for my wife and I. It appears there is an adjacent studio that could be joined to the Royal Palm Suite that would make this ideal for an adult child or another couple. We were able to walk to most places. Next time I might rent bikes though.

This time, our accommodations needed some TLC - toilet seat broken, front deck railing broken and taped off, no extra Kleenex some touch up paint on high traffic areas (bathroom door) and the need for some sound proofing to the studio next door ( could hear general conversation and man snoring in middle of the night).

Everything was perfect. Beautiful and clean. Wonderful air conditioning. Location was great as well. We plan on staying again next year. My only comment would be that the house needs some lamps in the living room for some low lighting. The ceiling lights are bright with no dimmer. Also no light above the cooktop. Other than that, awesome!

I really liked the feel here, as well as also feeling safe and tucked away in a little piece of paradise.

Great place to stay as far as location. Easy walk to shopping, grocery, restaurants, touring, etc. The suite was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed (although we didn’t use the kitchen to cook). It was quiet until the adjoining suite was rented. We could hear the TV through the adjoining door when we were in bed. The pool area was perfect for cooling off in the afternoon.

This was a perfect location anda well kept modern property in a beautiful enclave of several villas with a small pool. Very beautiful vegetation. All well kept. A sure winner! You do share a lockout room adjacent to your neighbors, so discretion is to be kept in mind!

This was a wonderful stay. The units were clean & well stocked. Location is great, just outside of the super crazy Duval st. Pool was great to refresh in after a hot day of walking & biking.

The property is ideally located to enjoy Key West. Very clean and nice property. Great communication with the host & team.
