Location is convenient, about a 15 minute walk go Duval Street so it’s in a nice and quiet area. The pictures are misleading, there is no central AC.

We really enjoyed the property.

This was a one bedroom suite with a very comfortable king size bed, roomy shower, coffee maker with plenty of coffee and microwave oven. There was a lovely pool to relax and read a book. And you could walk to Duvall Street. Great location.

Perfect location! Close to everything. The pool was a wonderful way to relax in the evenings.

Not really close to much but a comfortable bed and clean room. The pool and grounds are lovely. Will stay again but rent a golf cart.

The king bed was very comfortable , the room was spotless and well appointed. The very attractive pool area was surrounded by a beautiful greenery ,so pleasant to just hang. Only items to note was toilet seat a little funky and could use more than two wine glasses. But would highly recommend!

The pool is small but it was enjoyable. The only inconvenience I had was the distant to Duvall St, even thought is about 1 mile walking in the heat was not fun. So had to pay to uber which cost me $12 each way. So therefore if you are a late night out person, you will need to uber as it is also a little dark to walk home. But other than that it was a great place. Very clean and nice.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this property. It is close to everything but very private and clean! The pool area was the best! Would definitely stay again!

Had a really great stay. The rental property was tranquil and clean, and the pool area/courtyard was very enjoyable. Walls are a little thin, though, and neighbors can hear the activities in other units.

Excellent, only thing I'd change are shades that start from the bottom up which gives you privacey but also light in the room!

It appeared they were going for a cozy patio but mostly it was overgrown. The unit was nice but needs work on the little things. The fan over the bed needs to be cleaned, one of the hooks on the bathroom wall kept falling off. The same with one the arms of the toilet paper holder. There was minimal water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, although the shower wasn’t bad. The location was convenient for us and the check in/out process was easy.

Property was wonderful and pricing was lower than all other location on the busy New Year’s time frame. Pool are was secluded and peaceful

The place was just the right size for a quick get away. It was close to Duval Street so you could walk and explore the neighborhoods. The only thing that was difficult was the low water pressure in the bathroom and the inconsistent temperature in the shower. It was hard to get the soap out of my hair and half way through my shower the water became more cool than warm. I think the shower head needs to be replaced. Well worth the price.

Had a great time at the Royal Palm! The studio worked well for us. The property is located in historic Key West just a short walk from Duvall. We decided to rent bicycles and literally rode them everywhere on the island. The property was clean and comfortable. The garden and pool areas were relaxing.

My husband I stayed in the Palm Royal Studio. We’re both light sleepers, so finding a quiet location is always a concern for us. This little studio was perfect. It was so quiet and spotless. It was walking distance to Duvall Street to enjoy the festivities, yet far enough away so there was no partying noise. We highly recommend this VRBO and would stay here again. The check in and out process was seamless and there was excellent communication with the owners. A+++

We were lucky to get four nights in Royal Palm studio just two days before our trip (had to rearrange it urgently due to a hurricane that hit FL west coast we previously planned to go to). The place was easy to find. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple blocks from Duval St. (where all the dining and night life is) and some 10 minutes walk or 2-3 minutes drive to the beautiful Higgs beach. There was always parking on the streets around the property. The studio was very clean. There were all the necessary bath supplies, as well as most of the kitchen stuff for two. One little thing that would be really great is to add a few more pieces of utensils. There were only two each, and even no kitchen knife to slice cheese for our wine (although the housekeeping addressed it super-quickly). The pool area is a little paradise. We enjoyed it greatly. All surrounded with palm trees, sail shades, lunch tables, fans, an ice machine, a water cooler, beach chairs, and much more, and it was never busy as there's only six units on the property. Amazing! The only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 to the property is the inter-room door to the adjacent suite. I understand that it gives the owners flexibility to accommodate larger families that would rent both the suite and the studio in the building, similar to what many hotels do (connecting rooms). But guys, really, that needs to be done properly, i.e. a double door (one from each side), each having a good seal around the perimeter; not a single door with a finger-thick gaps all around. Two out of four our nights in the studio were sleepless due to some crazy restless neighbors who chose to loudly discuss their family issues between midnight and 2am. We were hearing them through that thin door as if they were in our room. Overall, it is an amazing property. We will definitely return.
