Royal Mauian #610 Best Location, Ocean View on Kamaole Beach, Wifi, Full A/C

The hosts are wonderful. Very responsive to any questions and the amenities included were all we needed for a lovely vacation. Bravo!

Beautiful view

The view from the lanai and master bedroom was incredible. We enjoyed watching whales and turtles from the lanai. The unit was very clean, including the lanai furniture. Appliances were newer and in very good condition.

This was a beautiful, very well stocked condo. We had everything we needed. The view was stunning! We have stayed at Royal Mauian multiple times and this was the best unit to date.

Had the best stay at this Condo - couldn’t have asked for better. Location is amazing, views, beaches, great restaurants within walking distance. Even had turtles turn up on the rocks outside the condo every morning. The amenities were great, everything you could possibly need, oh and the beds are sooo comfortable. Highly recommended. We certainly hope to be back again.

We were stunned with the beauty of the location. We were able to see turtles eating on the rocks. A swimming beach was a few minutes walk down the beach walk. The condo was nicely furnished, very clean and comfortable. We’ve stayed on Maui many times but this was the best experience ever,

Very clean and fully stocked. Excellent location (less than five minute walk to beach and local restaurants/groceries). Two suggestions: fix ice machine and washer/tub. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay! Will reserve this condo again.

It was a bit small compared to other 2 bedroom condos we have stayed in. This was not an issue for us since we didn’t spend much time there other than to sleep.

This unit is on the top floor of the building with great views of the sunset and to the northwest. The unit was very clean and had a nice kitchen. Bathrooms were basic and functional. The master bedroom looks directly on to the ocean with a picture window. We would definitely consider a future stay in this unit.

Fantastic location for sunsets , turtle watching, activities on the ocean & people watching - all from our 6th floor lanaiProperty staff were friendly & very attentive to the property. Rental Maui were on our concerns promptly (only once).We hope to return!

My mother (70s), myself (40s) and my teen daughter stayed in this Royal Mauian condo for 13 nights in March. We had previously stayed in a different unit 10 years earlier. We had a wonderful time and would love to return again (but as Canadians this will not happen anytime soon).What we loved about the condo: * the views are amazing and we enjoyed coffee and fruit on the patio every morning. Perfect for watching turtles below, the sunsets are spectacular, and it's so easy to plan your beach/snorkel time as you relax here.* the location is perfect - lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We adore Coconuts, the bakery and so many more. Snorkel rental at Auntie's is so easy and friendly. My daughter and I walked the strip each evening, as it felt safe and friendly.* the A/C - this helped us sleep well each night. I am glad we chose a unit with A/C, as it also cuts a bit of the street noise out while you're trying to sleep.* the beds and furniture - everything was quite comfortable. Don't hesitate to choose this condo for your vacation; you'll love it and love Maui.

Beautiful Condo, excellent location.

Lovely condo with expansive ocean views. Clean and nicely appointed kitchen with spices and all equipment needed to make meals. comfortable beds and linens. air conditioning cooled the condo at night for comfortable sleeping if there was not an ocean breeze. didn't have much in the way of ocean toys (snorkels/fins) but can rent right across the street. did have chairs and towels for the beach and pool. rooftop deck is nice with grills, pool is lovely and well kept. walking distance to all 3 Kamaole beaches. there are excellent dining choices in walking distance as well as shopping options. We would definitely stay here again. (2 couples, 4 adults)

My brother and I had an excellent stay. The unit itself is very comfortable and well equipped. The building housing the units is well maintained and has nice amenities including plenty of parking. We spent much of our time on our own lanai, but also enjoyed the rooftop terrace where we used the barbeques and enjoyed the sunsets in the evenings. The location is great as you are right on the water with two great beaches on either side of property. There are also plenty of restaurants in walking distance. I also found the management company to be very friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.

We have stayed at the Royal Mauian many times and find the location, pool, BBQ all great. This condo has spectacular views of the sunsets and was very comfortable and well stocked.

We loved so much about this rental unit. The pictures of the property are spot on. You can hear the waves as you lie in bed and you can see the ocean from the living room and even the kitchen. Perfect place for a family vacation!

This unit was fantastic. Clean, roomy and a perfect view. Would stay there again!

Had a fantastic time we go back in a heartbeat. Will probably see you next year.
