The condo is situated near Princess Juliana International Airport and is ideally located in the heart of Maho Village where all the buzz and excitement happens. Tax-free boutiques, jewelry stores, restaurants, casinos, 18 hole golf course, beaches and a variety of nightly entertainment are all at your door step. Maho beach is across the street, and Mullet Beach is a 10 min. walk from the resort. You can choose to just relax on the beach, read a book, go golfing, snorkeling or simply take in the spectacular site of airplanes on approach to the airport.

You check in at the front desk, just like a hotel, where you collect your key cards along with your beach towels. The warm and friendly staff will also provide you with all the information you need to enjoy the complex and this spectacular Island.
One of the three elevators will take you directly to the unit, pool, gardens, pool bar and Jacuzzi. The laundry room, grocery store and the underground garage are all conveniently located within the complex. There is 24 hour security at La Terrasse.
Once in the unit you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, the manicured gardens and pool. The condo is fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities of home. The living room has a queen size sofa bed, comfy recliner, flat screen TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven. The bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and plenty of storage. The living room and bedroom have separate air conditioning systems. The large balcony is equipped with a table and 4 chairs as well as an oversized lounge chair.
