Super cute and perfect location, right by all the action on Duvall street. The pool right outside was very nice as well! The host is very responsive and everyone at the office is super friendly and helpful. There was a slight flooding issue in the back bathroom, but the owners were on it.

No heat and was very cold inside and out.

Being able to drop off the luggage at the office was a big plus on arrival day and departure day!

Our stay was amazing. They accommodated our early arrival. Fully stocked kitchen with cookware and coffee! Clean beds, great pool. We never had a problem with noise from neighbors or Duval street. Location was great and we could easily walk to any restaurant or activity. We will definitely recommend this location to our friends and family for future stays.

The condo was in a great location and an easy walk to everything we wanted to do and see. The patio area around the pool should be better mantained but we still enjoyed it.

Location was great. We paid for parking and walked everywhere! Everything was clean and even being in front of the pool it was very quiet. My only suggestion is juice glasses would be great addition to the glassware! Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, mostly enjoyed our stay at Rose Lane Villas, Villa Aqua. Having a parking space was nice (extra cost). Pool right outside our door was beautiful. Would have appreciated ice cubes in the freezer, and no ants in kitchen and bathrooms. Was a little noisier than we would have liked, due to the bars just a few doors down, but luckily they didn't go all night. Garbage trucks one morning woke us up really early (5:50 a.m.) Proximity to Duval, Mallory, Hemingway etc. was very good. Maybe Spring Break was not the best time to be there, would try it again. Thanks!

This is our second year staying at Rose Lane Villas. Our villa was spacious, SPOTLESS, and the pool was a private paradise. A peaceful retreat but only 1/2 block to all Key West/Duval street has to offer.Phil, the property manager, is the BEST! We'll be back next year!Until then...FINS Up!!!

Stayed one night great location and check in and out was easy

Great stay overall. The rooms are a bit funky with uneven floors small double beds but clean and plenty of AC and ceiling fans. Nice pool but smallish patio area that has uneven patio blocks. But again pool was great. Great maintenance staff. Only real complaint is no curtains to keep neighbors light out of bedrooms at least in unit 22.

Great property, super clean and comfortable. Fantastic location just a block off Duvall. Host texted us when our villa was ready, which happened to be 3 hours before check-in time. Would definitely book another stay!

This is out 2nd visit to Rose Lane Villas and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Nothing over the top, but very comfortable and with a fantastic location close to all the fun of Duval but still quaint and quiet.

Everything is walking distance. It was our first visit to KW but our friends have visited several times and confirmed they loved the location as well. It is located in a well-lit alley. Parking was nice, not having to worry about finding a spot. The locked gate was nice security for the property. You share the courtyard/pool area with a few others but it was a nice retreat kind of space. Even though it is close to Duval street it was quiet. The space itself was clean and had everything we needed. It was really nice having your own climate control in each bedroom. The check in/out process couldn't have been more simple and the property manager was responsive. We would certainly stay here again. Thank you!

Unbelievable location with great access to Duval Street. Comes with a parking spot which you will learn very quickly…is prime real estate. The shared pool space is perfect. Great spot to cool off in the evenings and meet your neighbors and socialize if you choose to. Concierge team and Housekeeping staff were super friendly. Will come again!

Great place. Location WAS PERFECT! The main sun room was pretty hot even with AC on and the main door did have a gap in the top where air could come in. Overall great spot.
