Everything with our rental went very well. The residence was comfortable and clean. The location was great, close to Duval Street was convenient.

Our villa perfectly accommodated 3 couples. The location is outstanding. It was very clean. The heated pool was a bonus.

The place was great for what we needed! Plenty of room and comfortable. The pool area is fantastic. Walking distance to everything.

Great location, super clean, and nice amenities! The only downside was a pretty strong mold or mildew smell in the upstairs rooms, which made it hard to breathe comfortably.

The location was perfect for its proximity to Duval Street! Communication with Phillip was always timely. Our only problem was the heated pool was not heated for our entire stay and we had planned to use it. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay and we would return.

Excellent location, kind of hard to find and limited parking, but well worth it! Super clean, plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out. Decks are nice, pool looked inviting but we never had time (never try to pack Key West into 3 days even if you know it pretty well!) It was great to be able to come home and shower before starting the evening!

This rental is in a prime location in Key West, just off of Duval Street. It is tucked away down a small quiet street, but still close to the action. The rental was very clean and well appointed.

This is so close to Duvall Street that you will feel the music pumping at night. It is so walkable to everywhere and the pool is warm and wonderful. Several times we contacted the property managers for things like a corkscrew and got no response. The property management company did stow our luggage after check-out the last day, which was very nice.

Perfect location for traversing Duval St. close to everything and just what we were looking for!

We have stayed here many times. It is perfect. Always delightful. The house is charming inside and out. Great property with tropical plants, a hammock and a swinging chair as well as other outdoor furniture. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. We will return!!!

Great place to stay and walk to all parts of Key West! This was a short overnight trip but would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villas. Easy to access, close to everything and very clean.

Overall great. Stairs were a challenge. But the 2 bedrooms upstairs have 2 steps down to exit the bedrooms, to go to the bathroom, and my my husband fell during night. Thank god he didn't break anything. Maybe a light to illuminate the steps for the future.

Great location, the place itself definitely had the old Florida charm. It was clean and private while being so close to Duval. Perfect for a group of friends to stay together.

Everything on the property was exactly as described in the listing. We had five adults and the accommodations were perfect for what we needed to celebrate a birthday in Key West! The location was top notch being just a few steps from Duval Street. We enjoyed our time at this property!

My sister and teenage niece were visiting and we wanted to spend a night in Key West. The apartment was very nice and clean with plenty of room and gorgeous balcony’s off of every room. We loved sitting outside and also the charming pool and patio.

We loved our stay here! Great location near everything! The home was clean and had everything we need. Parking was a little tight but we figured it out.

The location of the villa is very convenient. We rented bikes but it turned out that we didn’t need them. We would love to stay again sometime! It’s the perfect place in the Keys.

We had a great stay ! Location was perfect to walk around Duval st and explore. The apt a/c was top notch and kept us cool during the high temps. We will definitely be back here and would highly recommend to others.
