Rose Lane Villas - Villa Aqua - 2 King Bedrooms - Downtown Key West

Everything was very nice. I do wish in the future the owner would consider installing a full-length mirror (so you can see how you look before going out), a garbage disposal for convenience, smart tvs once the old ones die, and a dehumidifier (the air was a bit damp and had an odor to it, but nothing too bad). We would absolutely stay again. :-)

Location is ideal for Key West. It is in the heart of the action. Pool and pool area were great for a quick swim, reading, or enjoying carry out. Hosts were quick on communication and requests. The inside could use upgrades, especially the bathrooms. There was a dampness inside due to poor air circulation and the air conditioning. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

We did not swim, pool was beautiful & warm. We did enjoy the poolside lounges. Both pups enjoyed there stay as well.

The perfect hideaway in the middle of the action. Extremely accommodating. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely keep this one on my list for future stays.

Villa was very clean and very comfortable. Host responded to emails in a very timely fashion and was most welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

Great location! We were able to walk to all places we wanted to go to. Property was very clean. Weather was cool so we didn’t use the pool.

The property was clean, attractive and convenient.This was a work trip, so we used it just for sleeping.

A perfect little nest just off Duval St with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions.Just wish we could have stayed longer.

We were all so impressed by the centralized location of the villa. So many great things to see and experience and the pool right outside our door was a huge perk! I would have gave 5 stars but unfortunately our 1st morning we were awaken by a blaring fire alarm in our villa. We had to vacate until the fire department could turn it off. Very disappointed with that but we would certainly return as we understand this was a very uncommon scenario. Thank you again Rose Lane Villa!

Great location…close to Duvall Street, but just far enough removed for a quiet stay. It was clean, and the pool was great. One suggestion…some plastic cups for use by the pool. We could only find glass, which is not ideal. Thanks for the awesome stay!

Check in process was great and staff were very nice. I would say pictures of unit online are dated but location is perfect.

Cannot say enough great things about this property! Just the absolute best location right off Duval (but still somehow quiet) with a semi private pool, gorgeous flowers and trees, even iguanas. Just what we needed to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday. We didn't get in a car one time - everything was walkable. Highly recommend!!

This was the perfect place for an overnight stay in KW. It was close to Duval & Mallory Square. The accommodations were clean and the beds were very comfy!

Rose Lane Villas are located almost at the heart of Duvall Street. Very close to all the pubs and walkable distance to Mallory square. The location enables you to actually enjoy the night life at key West. One qualm I had was that the house is a little run down. The place had some molds and the rooms we so small. But the place is well run. Property management are quick to respond and very helpful. If you plan to enjoy the night life of key West and just head home to sleep then this is value for money.. Old

The property was exactly as pictured. My adult son was visiting for Thanksgiving, so it was nice that I had my own separate room and bathroom. He had the front bedroom and living room access to come and go. Incredibly convenient to Duval Street and loved the fact that I never heard any late night parties. Having a place to park my car was great!

Rose Lane Villas is the perfect location. Close to Duval street and Mallory Square. The unit and common area were clean perfect for our stay. They cleaned the pool every day. We will use Rose Lane Villas for our next stay.

Wonderful location for all of the restaurants, etc. in Old Town. The unit was nice but a little dated. It would have been nice to have a few little kitchen items such as salt/pepper for cooking. The unit was very quiet except for the cleaners slamming the storage door adjacent to our unit. Might want to think about some sort of closure to prevent the constant slamming of the door. I would recommend Rose Villa for future visits to Key West.

Our group returned to Rose Lane Villas for another fantastic stay in Key West! The villa is clean and close to the action, the pool although shared is convenient & refreshing. Updates are currently underway. We highly recommend.

This is prime location! Property was clean, pool was a plus and the layout of the villa we stayed in had two king bedrooms! We visit Key West every year and we will definitely be back!
