Four hundred feet above the Cabo San Lucas streets, this penthouse rooftop becomes your evening anchor - the hot tub warming up as the fire pit catches, the city skyline spreading out in every direction, and the kind of night that resets itself every time someone steps outside. Days here are unhurried: open-air mornings above the rooftop terrace, afternoons by the pool, and evenings that drift between the outdoor kitchen, the grill, and the glow of the city lights below. For groups who want a home base that actually competes with every other plan on the itinerary, this is it.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests across 5 beds. Every room is set up for a comfortable stay - bed linens, room-darkening shades, hangers, a safe, and clothing storage make it easy to settle in and stay settled. An in-unit washer and dryer handle the practical side of longer trips without the hassle.

 

Living space

The interior is designed around togetherness. Collapsible sliding glass doors open the living areas outward onto the terrace, blurring the line between inside and out. A dining table anchors shared meals, the kitchen pulls the group together for cooking, and the layout keeps everyone within the same easy orbit - whether it's a slow morning in or a late night winding down after a day out.

 

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is well-stocked for group cooking: a Samsung stainless steel gas stove, Samsung stainless steel single oven, Samsung refrigerator, mini fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, wine glasses, a full set of dishes and silverware, and cooking basics. Barbecue utensils, an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill on the rooftop open up the full range from indoor dinners to al fresco grilling.

Free parking garage on premises and free street parking make arrivals straightforward. Self check-in via smart lock gives you flexibility on timing. Housekeeping is available daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at an extra cost.
