From the time I booked our trip till the time we left they always reached out to make sure we were good or if we needed anything. Sweet pea was an amazing place to stay. The views were unreal. Can’t say enough good about to would highly recommend using Homeowners Collections.

The roof top patio was awesome with incredible views of Seaside, the Gulf, and sunset. We would certainly stay again. The hosts were great and very responsive too.

It’s a perfect place for a couple. The only real negative is the patio furniture on the roof needs to be replaced. It was in rough shape when we stayed in 2021 and even rougher now.

The hostess helped us not only find a space, but also offered to help us carry our luggage to our rental. Everyone was courteous, kind and helpful. We definitely recommend this vacation rental and would love to return in the future.

The area is excellent and peaceful. Because of the difficulty in walking, I wanted a place close to the action. Sweet Pea was perfect for that although the room is small as indicated in the promotional info. We're going back!
